Salesman was professional and attentive.

Salesman was professional and attentive. Sales Manager was terrible. They lost a sale because of the Sales Manager. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I had never had a bad experience until recently, 3 weeks

I had never had a bad experience until recently, 3 weeks and still my suv is still not fixed. This is unexcepectable. According to the parts department that their system has been down then that the part they ordered wasn't the correct one. Excuses, excuses. I need my Suv fixed right and as soon as possible. I'm very upset and disappointed

My truck was advertised as 3200 miles and it had over

My truck was advertised as 3200 miles and it had over 28k. They took the fuel wheels and tires pictured off the dually i bought and told me the photo they took was before they finished the trade in. The new tires were 14 oz off in front right and 12 oz off in rear left and 2 of the sensors dont work. Was told they would pay to fix but didnt. Also said i would get floor mats for all the trouble and never received any. I flew in from FL about 10p.m. and needed the truck which i let blind me on the worst deal and liars I've ever dealt with. I have family from austin to Houston and Dallas. I have told everyone to spread the word. They alsogot me for a $5k warranty that i thought was included by ford because it was less than a year old. I hope to continue to cost Mak Haik 100s of thousands of dollars for years to come. Karma is no fun. Also, do NOT have william with the ridiculous mustache as a salesman if he's even still there. Special place below for horrible folks like these. Ford Corporate told me that was the risk of buying oit of state as well, couldn't believe it. Im posting this on every platform i can find.

Mac Haiks Southway Ford

Mac Haik Southway Ford. This is the first time I have dealt with this dealership. I had a young salesman that approached me by the name of Issac Flores. I immediately told him I was not in the market for a vehicle, but I just wanted to look around to see what was available in their F150 XLT with an Ecoboost engine. He invited me inside the dealership and retrieve some keys to show me a few F150 that I wanted to see. After looking at several F150?s. Mr. Flores asked if I would like to take a test drive on one of the F150?s we looked at. I selected one of the Trucks to test drive. While on a test Drive, Mr. Issac Flores was very familiar with all of the instruments and technical aspects of the vehicle. He was kind enough to explain in detail what this vehicle had to offer and what all the improvements this Truck has compared to my 2011 F150XLT. Issac Flores was not a high pressure salesman. He was very patient and knew his vehicle?s. He was a true professional. Not once did he try to pressure me into purchasing any of the vehicles we looked at. His main concern was to look at a vehicle that I want. And to make sure I get what I want in a vehicle and price that I thought was fair. All the negotiating was done between me and Mr. Flores. There were no going back and forth to a sales manager. Or anyone else like the other dealership do. No playing game?s negotiating. Again No pressure sales.This dealership made me feel Like I was home. They were all welcoming and made you feel like part of the family. After negotiations, I decided to purchase the F150 that I test drove. The price was right and I couldn?t pass up a great deal. The only reason I purchased the vehicle was because of Mr. Issac Flores. He is a true professional, he was knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at and a great negotiator. I would not hesitate to recommend any of my friends and family to purchase a vehicle at Mac Haiks Southway Ford. Thanks again! Ed Martinez

used car Experience

everything went well at Southway Ford.I didn't think I would qualify for another car for my grandson. Nor able to co-sign. Glad that Ben Gonzalez was able to help us get a car> It was a great relief for me. Thank you Southway Ford/ Mac Haik.

New 2023 For Expedition XLT

I shopped 4 other dealerships for my new Ford. The salesman, Ben Gonzales, was fantastic and I returned to Southway Ford and Ben to buy my new car. The process was smooth and comfortable.

Maintenance

I have had a poor experience at Ford Service department, from the maintenance to collision repair encounters. They are ALWAY running behind and estimation for veichle return is also always an ETA response. Reasons they provide is because parts are NEVER in stock, short staff or have vehicles ahead of yours. I have a 2021 Ford Edge ST, I do not recommend anyone purchasing this vehicle it is a hassle of issues.
