Oil and filter change takes too long. Tech when they checked cabin filter didn't reinstall it properly and the little door that holds the filter in fell in the floor when I opened the glove box door fully due to the soft open cylinder not being properly secured. Felt like since they weren't doing the filter change they just threw it back together and didn't do it correct. Small things like cabin filter, engine air filter and fuel filter I do myself to save money. The cabin filter was not on the list to be checked but I think its done anyway as an upsell item. Also was told a factory recall was one day past factory warranty and I would cost approx $180 to fix the factory recall, I challenged the date and then was told it was good till may of 2027. If I would have so said oh well it might have cost me the $180 to fix what they called a factory recall which to me doesn't make since on a 2 year old truck. Fact of the matter don't be afraid to ask or challenge something when it doesn't sound right. Will still use them but wasn't real happy with them and it cost me having to bring my truck in the next day for download upgrade to fix what they called a recall
