I was tired, I went in because I was informed they could

I was tired, I went in because I was informed they could bring in the car I wanted, I had meet with a salesman prior and felt he was friendly and listened, I arrived he handed me off to someone else, I was never told if they could bring in the car I wanted, I purchased a car I was not really interested in because it was in the evening and I had been looking for a car for 1 months and was just done and gave up.

The sales rep, Enrique, did an awesome job getting me

The sales rep, Enrique, did an awesome job getting me into a right-fitted vehicle! He gave me different options and made sure the vehicle was suited for my family and I. Overall, he made the process smooth and the experience of buying a new vehicle was great making the drive to San Antonio well worth it!

Staff was friendly and helped me pick the correct vehicle

Staff was friendly and helped me pick the correct vehicle for me and my needs. Helped with the correct loan. After purchasing the vehicle I had questions and she answered text messages.

I took my vehicle in for what was a no start.

I took my vehicle in for what was a no start. I was told that it was a battery issue by the dealership. I knew this not to be the case. I explain this to the service team and they still refuse to listen to me. I was required to relocate my vehicle to another repair facility in order to get a correct diagnosis of a bad ECM. The service department failed miserably in this case. I took it to Beldon's automotive.

I didn?t think I would have any luck buying a truck with the Trump tariffs looming and I was resigned to ?shopping another day.? However, from the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I drove off the lot in my new Silverado, I was made to feel like a valued customer. Every single Ancira rep, from my sales rep, Mike Rocha, to the Internet Manager, Eunice Arnett, to the finanace specialist, Tony Pantoja, and finally, the General Manager, Joe Lopez made me feel welcome and respected. They had a can do, confident and respectful attitude, and made me feel at ease. I knew I would drive out with my new Chevy.

Hi, Had a propulsion power reduced, with a trouble light

Hi, Had a propulsion power reduced, with a trouble light and a service soon warning message on my Chevy 2022 Bolt 3 days ago. Made an apt with Ancira Winton Chevrolet for today at 10:30am. When I checked in I was told it would be 3 days before my Bolt was even looked at by a technician. I asked if I could use my car and bring it in when they were ready for it and was told No. So my car will be sitting there for 3 days, for NO REASON AT ALL. Unbelievable customer service. Godspeed y'all.

This dealership will get your hopes up and let you down. Austin dropped the ball on sales. Daniel dropped the ball on promising my down payment would work on a vehicle then in fact it wouldn't 20 days later. Spot delivery is what it's called. They have 0 transparency on lending terms or negotiations. They try to work up fees and overall price of the car without you noticing. So pay attention to all the details or else.
