Customer Complaint/Bad Service

Had an appt., and it still took almost 3 hours to get my vehicle back. My appt was at 8, for an oil change and inspection, but didn?t get my vehicle back until 10:54. And when I got my vehicle back, someone went though the glove box, cause they left all my paperwork on the passenger seat. And the reset button for the oil change wasn?t done. From all the times I?ve been here, this is the worst time I?ve ever had. I gave the service guy my oil change coupon, they didn?t even use it. I just paid and left, since they took forever.


Bait and Switch

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Pulled a bait and switch on my husband who drove over an hour to look at one of their trucks they had listed on their website. Felipe Mendez claimed he would work with him on a deal since it was the end of the month. When he got their the vehicle didn't exist and they didn't have any trucks with the options he was looking for. This dealership (Ancira Winton Chevrolet) is dishonest to say the least!


Bad Dealership and Sale Associates

Had been talking to the dealership for 4 days had an appointment to come down there to see the car and buy it. Gave them all the information they requested and they sold it out from under me while I was going down there for the appointment . Was about half way ,when I recieved a phone call saying that they had sold the vehicle. The appointment was scheduled.


New Tahoe

Overall good experience. Sam did a good job finding the specific Blue Tahoe we were interested in and made the deal pretty quickly. He was friendly and helpful. The store was busy so we had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked to pay for car.


Awful. Brand new truck broke down 8 miles from Ancira....

Awful. Brand new truck broke down 8 miles from Ancira. Got the typical add-on BS, as well. Had to take an Uber home and got no offer of a loaner car, then they tried to give me a replacement that was scratched. The managers clearly do not give a rat’s behind about customer service and I would NEVER recommend this place. I should’ve gone to Freedom or any other chevy dealership. While Sam Was definitely nice, the rest of that place is a flat-out embarrassment. The entire staff is incompetent and I would be very alarmed if I was the owner - just look at at all the recent Yelp reviews, they are not painting a false picture. I can not adequately describe how much of a nightmare this experience was.


Bad car buying experience

I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox on Friday the 29th of January 2021 from Ancira Winton Chevrolet. The sale was consummated very late in the evening even though I had requested to push the transaction off till Sunday as it was so late in the day when we finished negotiations. The walk around was conducted in very poor lighting and I failed to note some dents/damage to the lift gate in the area of the license plate. When I was able to more fully inspect the vehicle in the daylight the next day, I immediately communicated with the salesman to let him know what I had found. I also provided photos of the problem. He told me that he would relay my concerns to the sales manager on Sunday as the dealership was closed on Saturday. When I had not received any communication by 1:30 on Sunday I texted the salesman for a status. He responded “Yes sir, the reason we do a walk around on the vehicle before you leave is to make sure there is no damage or if there is we can make a note of it” I reminded him “As I said in my text yesterday the lighting conditions during the walk-around weren't ideal but I reported the issues to you as soon as I was able to inspect the car in daylight conditions”. I requested contact info for the sales manager overseeing the sale but was provided nothing but the manager’s name and the main number for the dealership. I contacted the dealership via IM requesting email or text contact from the sales manager, the General Manager, the General Sales Manager, and the New Car Manager. As of 08:00 on 1 Feb 2021 I have received no response from anyone. Bad service

failed to wash/vac car as other dealers do. failed to rotate tires as I asked. slow on bring car around when done. tried to buy a suburban. salesman started showing wife and I a car, saw another customer said he would be back. Never did. We left and bought a new suburban at another dealer. Your service sucks and I will never be back or recomend your company to anyone. Very disapointed on how you treat your customers
