Excellent Sales Staff and Service Department!

Great staff who went out of their way to help me select from three excellent top of the line Expeditions. I have been driving Expeditions since the second year they were made and this was my best Red McCombs experience. They have really stepped up their game in customer service. My salesman Enrique was fantastic helping me pick the right car and Daniel in service was outstanding following up to make sure my car was in perfect shape when it delivered.

Daniel Vigil help me make an appointment to get my oil change and he remembered me from the recall appointment. I informed him of the problem that I had before with the repair shop and he reassured me that it will not happen again and as he said the service was fantastic and professional. 10,000 miles and I did not have an antenna on my vehicle because the sale is all that was important-very disappointed at that but Daniel took good care of my vehicle and the radio was not changed to the workers liking. I will be back as long as Daniel can schedule my appointments , this was going to be my last visit to this dealership but thanks to Daniel he was understanding and promised the service that was done. He's a KEEPER RED McCombs.

F-150 Standard Maintenance

The work was done very professionally and in the amount of time that was quoted. Setting up the appointment was easy and all of the records of what needed to be done were ready to go when I arrived.
