BEWARE. Things have changed at North Park mazda in San Antonio when compared to my previous experiences starting off with my original appointment being lost then continued downhill from there. With the lack of any response it would seem customer service and safety is no longer important at north park. Disappointed they don't even respond after several attempts. My tires were rotated when I didn't request for them to be and on top of that North park mazda rotated the tires incorrectly for what AWD Mazda vehicle specs call out. Reason I know this is because #1 I had one tire that leaked air which was previously rear driver side, now front driver side and #2 Sergio the advisor mentioned the leak found during my tire rotation and I questioned you on why I received a tire rotation. Their response after questioning tech was that the advisor or the tech confused my service with another and that I didnt receive the rotation which is false. Not sure what tire north park mazda plugged but it wasn't the tire that leaked air. Disappointed in the deception. Feel like I took it to a jiffy type service center for what transpired without the lower pricing. I didn't pay for the above mentioned but I didn't ask for them either. Still no corrections to improper and unsafe servicing. BEWARE.

Mazada is one Great Car!
I went to the dealership with high expectations for purchasing a Mazda CX-5. Tony Castillo was our sales representative and he did a fantastic job going over all the benefits and features as well as answering our questions. Enjoyable test drives to boot. Ultimately we did not purchase the vehicle, I'm very tall and just could not get comfortable in the driver's seat. Thanks, Tony for a great CSV experience!

Deceptive practices
Came in based on advertised price that i called and verified the day before. They said it was a mistake and changed the price and would not honor it. But whatever, the thing all consumers considering this dealer is they load up on dealer ad ons that are not included in their advertised price on the car. They spring it on you and you have no choice but to pay for these options because they are already installed. Like nitrogen in tires, diamond coate finish for 600 bucks. The car i was looking at had almost $2000 of dealer add ons added the the car price when written up. My entire experience was deceptive. I bought car at world car mazda which had zero dealer add ons and have me free lifetime power train warranty and lifetime roadside assistance.

Great purchase experience!
I came in to purchase a used vehicle I saw online. Unfortunately it sold that morning before I arrived, but Bobby looked for and showed me some other options, and I ended up leaving with an exceptionally reasonably priced new vehicle that I love! I am not a fan of pushy salespeople, and I never felt that with Bobby. He was knowledgeable about the cars and great to work with! All in all a great experience!

Great service! Chris Placido and his manager stayed a little later after hours to help me test drive a vehicle. I loved the vehicle so much and the manager was willing to get me a good deal. Finance- Javier was VERY thorough and educated me through the whole process. Ask for Chris Placido to be your agent!

Stress-free Purchase Experience
I worked with Muoahammed to purchase my 2019 Mazda6 Signature. The buying process was very easy, with no long periods of time spent waiting while we went back and forth on pricing. We came to a quick agreement on the price via e-mail, and then I went and picked up the car. At delivery time, Muoahammed walked me through all the features of the car and we were out of the dealership in less than an hour. When I'm in the market for another Mazda, I'll definitely go back to North Park.
