Very disappointing service experience. My windshield was damaged while my car was at the dealership, and the dealership has taken no responsibility. I left my car with a small, barely noticeable windshield chip that had been stable for months. When I picked up the vehicle after service and a complimentary car wash, the windshield had a full-length crack from top to bottom. No one contacted me when the damage occurred, and I received no apology. The dealership's position is that because there was a "pre-existing impact," they are not responsible for the crack that developed while the vehicle was in their care. No evidence was provided to establish what caused the chip to suddenly propagate during the service visit. What disappointed me most was the response from the service management. Instead of trying to advocate for a long-term customer and find a fair resolution, I felt that the focus was on explaining why the dealership was not responsible. Their "offer of assistance" was essentially for me to purchase a replacement windshield from them at my own expense. After being a customer for years, I expected better customer care and accountability. I will let others decide whether they consider this a reasonable resolution.

Their no haggle policy made for an easy, friendly process. My sales rep, John Sanchez was always helpful, getting me test drives and answering my questions. I highly recommend them

This review is more for the salesman than the dealership. Abraham was terrific! He has a great sense of humor, was patient, informative without being pushy, made us feel welcome and listened to. And the guy wears the greatest socks! Ask for him, and bring him a donut! I would buy a car from him again in a heartbeat! The dealership was good too, though we didn’t really do much with anyone else except the finance woman. They have good snacks and sodas available for free, and a nice lounge area.

Good car buying experience but they talked me into a Premier warranty and a Tire & Wheel, Dent & Ding warranty. First, they did not inform me that these were two different warranties. I would not have purchased the Tire & Wheel warranty if I had know that. Now a year later I have something on my car that is not working. I call North Park Mazda to ask if the issue I am having is covered by the PREMIER warranty I purchased. They said they didn't know and they would have to charge me a $200 dianostic fee to find out what the problem is and they had no way of telling me if the dianostic fee would be waived if it was something that is covered under warranty. I paid over $4,000 for the warranties, so I assumed I wouldn't have to put any money out if I had a warranty issue. I want to cancel my warranty now but I can't get my money back because I financed the vehicle so the refund will have to go directly to my loan company. Next time I will be more careful to read the fine print before signing anything.

Have had two issues with my gently used 2024 Mazda CX30, one major. Pablo, in the service department is FANTASTIC. He is polite, keeps me informed, and follows through. My visits there have been painless. I had my doubts about buying a used car from a dealership, but these folks have changed my mind.

I had a horrible experience with the seller/salesperson. I didn't receive my bill of sale. We didn't receive the tags and registration until after 30 days. I still have not heard from them on the extended warranty I purchased from them. I live in a different city. And they hesitantly delivered it to our home. Of course that amounted to more money than I was told about. Words of advise. Know who you're dealing with first of all! Never again will I trust a dealership. Especially when I had other people from departments call. And the salesperson says that's not her department and leads me on a wild goose hunt.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Gary's professionalism and warmth immediately put me at ease. Rather than employing high-pressure tactics, he took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget constraints. His patient demeanor and attentive listening skills ensured that every interaction felt personalized. If you're looking for a car I highly recommend North Park Mazda!

My experience with the service center was quite dysfunctional. Upon entering the service area, none of the advisors acknowledged me. In fact, they wouldn't even look up from their computer screens. Eventually, I was able to get the attention of a service person to inform him I was getting my vehicle serviced, but I still had to wait before I could see an advisor. Ten minutes later, I was summoned to an advisor to fill out paperwork and waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Overall, I do not understand the theatrics involved in simply getting service but it was quite off-putting. My experience with other dealership was polar opposite. Also, this place isn't forthright with pertinent information so know before you go.

We did an extensive online search for a used car for my son. On Monday 12/11 we found a used Mazda3 at North Park Mazda, test drove it, and told our sales person; Alyssia Morrison that we wanted the car. She told us that the car needed to go through inspections and wasn’t sure that she could sell us the car yet. She promised to call when the car was through its inspections and when pressed said we would hear from her by the next Monday. On Saturday 12/16 at 1:40pm I called both her cell phone and work phone numbers and left messages on each line. She called me back and said that she thought the car was ready to be sold and promised to text me with an answer. I told her that we wanted to come in on Monday to finish the purchase. At 4pm she texted me to tell me that the car was sold to someone else. Apparently our verbal agreement wasn’t honored, she didn’t stay on top of the cycle of inspections, and couldn’t manage to pick up the phone to tell us that she had completely fallen down on her job. Terrible.. unacceptable in fact.
