Setting up an appointment was a waste of time.
Setting up an appointment was a waste of time. I told them the problem but I was charged for 1.5 hours of diagnostics. It was a broken cable on the rear hood latch I was told that it would be about an hour job and I got the car back 4.5 hours later. Going back to my regular shop next time.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tom
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tom Gibbs Chevy. We purchased a used vehicle and paid an additional $3,000 for what was presented to us as an 80,000-mile warranty. We were led to believe this meant coverage for 80,000 miles of use. However, the dealership wrote the contract so that the warranty expired at 80,000 miles total on the odometer. Our car already had 65,000 miles at purchase, which means we essentially paid $3,000 for only 15,000 miles of coverage. Now, with just 82,000 miles on the vehicle, the warranty has expired, and the repairs we need—over $2,000 worth—are not covered. In total, this feels like a $5,000 loss between the warranty cost and the uncovered repairs. This practice is misleading and unethical. Buyers should be very cautious and carefully review every detail of the warranty paperwork before signing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I’ve purchased two new vehicles as well as 3 trade-ins
I’ve purchased two new vehicles as well as 3 trade-ins with Tom Gibbs Chevrolet. They’ve always been more than fair with trade in values. Everyone is top notch at this dealership, from the sales team, parts as well as the service advisors. This dealership is family operated and are not absentee owners. They care about their customers and always there when needed. Thanks, Tommy and the entire Gibbs family!

I am beyond fed up with this dealership.
I am beyond fed up with this dealership. I bought a brand new custom ordered, 2024 chevy Silverado 3500 and drove it off the lot. I was happy with the customer service on the sales side, but now after the sale I mean nothing to them. They won't to take fault in selling me a tire and rim warranty that is useless. I have complained about my vehicle shaking and vibrating when driving down the road and stopping since the vehicle was under 18,000 miles. At 25,134 miles, they tried selling me new brakes and rotors. I laughed and declined. I have taken this vehicle into this dealership and complained about this same problem now, 4 times. The vehicle currently sits around 38,000 miles and I had to replace my tires real early due to the improper tire wear this has caused. I did what they asked me to do, which was get an alignment and new set of tires and they told me this would solve the problem. This did not solve the problem. In fact, the same front right tire/rim was vibrating the same as when the old tires were on. We tried rotating the tires to see if the vibration moved to try and pinpoint the specific problem. The problem shifted with the rotation to the back of the vehicle. I'm writing this review to let others know to read the fine print in your policies you are buying and don't just take the financial peoples word for how the policy actually works. The tire and rim warranty they sold me is through a company called Brightline dealer advisors. Do your research before buying warranties and make sure you shop with people who are going to do you right after the sale. This is not the case. They literally sent me home with my truck last appointment and said they balanced my new tire and gave me the machine printout to take home for evidence that the rim is not bent. Just take a look and read the numbers on the print out which is attached to this post. They keep telling me, "your vehicle is within range". The rim is clearly not round from their measurements. I'm no car expert, so I asked AI for help which the screenshots are attached. Tom Gibbs Chevrolet, INC is will no longer be where I purchase my vehicles or do service work. For the warranty to replace my rim, they need my rim to be so bent that it is causing air to leak from the tire. I asked for a full refund on my tire and rim warranty and they would not do that either. Shame on them and they lost a good customer. This was my google review^ pictures wont upload here
