Mike is a great and honest guy!

Mike is a great and honest guy! I needed maintenance done and was not overcharged for what was done. They even gave me a break.

Very misleading with pricing.

Very misleading with pricing. Price shown on web is finance price not cash sale price. The cash price is the KBB valuation I guess. None of it is clear. The value marked "Price" is only true for certain situations. The dealership will try to explain this, but none of it is clearly stated on the website. The difference for me was large, so I ended up wasting time going to see a vehicle that said was one price but was actually more. The sales associated said they went by their internet "price" but that was not the case. It was the KBB value if you were paying and not financing. I wish I could post screenshots as it would be easier to convey. Would I ever consider this dealer for a car purchase in the future? No I would not. They really need to learn what transparent pricing is and not go through the trickery they do. There is a large dealer I have dealt with in Flagler/Palm Coast right down the road from Tom Gibbs. I have dealt with them in the past and they were outstanding. I wish they would have had the vehicle I was looking at...

I had my 2017 2500 HD Duramax serviced last week while it

I had my 2017 2500 HD Duramax serviced last week while it was there for 5 days waiting for parts and labor to be completed my service advisor was Zach Desruisseau. He kept me up todate on the progress on my truck with great curtesy and professionalism, even when I called to check on the progress he always knew the status without having to go ask somebody. I was very pleased with his customer service and the next time i need service i will sure ask for him. I must say that kind of personnel service is hard to come by theses day but not with zach.
