Finally someone to fix electric seat.

I cannot thank you enough for fixing the electric seat in my 2013 Hyundai Tucson and saving me $1000!! A Hyundai dealership quoted me $1600 to fix it. Shame on them. So thank you so very much Tom Gibbs Chevrolet and thanks to Mike Nailor. Is refreshing to find honest people who are not looking to take advantage of us seniors.

No Lies No Gimmicks

I drove 4 hours- I did not feel pressured at all, everything was upfront. No lies no gimmicks. I feel like I got a great deal! Just wish they were closer to me so I could use for service. Would definitely travel that far again for my next purchase

A Very Satisfied Customer!

My husband and I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Palm Coast Import Autos and it was an extremely positive and satisfying experience. Best dealership experience

My fiance and I had been looking for a truck for a few months and although we did have to travel 2 hours away we couldn't have had a better experience. Neil and Robert communicated with us over the phone about what we were looking for and found just what we wanted. Alan was able to work out the numbers for us and make the deal come together. I can say this was the best experience we have had with a dealership. They were honest, helpful and listened to any concerns we may have had in buying a vehicle from them. We would definitely recommend others to check them out.

Bait and Switch?

Sorry to say but I believe this was a bait and switch. I am a Retired GM employee. I Found the equinox I was interested online but was in transit, they said it was available. We worked out a range for my trade in and they accepted credit card deposit. After two weeks drove two hours there to verify my trade in value. Upon arrival they said they made a mistake and someone put a deposit down before me. You would think they would at least buy me lunch or wash my vehicle or something. My thought is that they could make more selling to a non GM buyer. I guess that was four hours waisted.

Decided on a whim to see about trading my Blazer for a new one. Doug, at Tom Gibbs was great!!! There were no games played, it was the easiest car deal I've ever made. He was very knowledgeable, helped find the new Blazer with my few "must haves". Will definitely be back when we are ready for another car and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. Worth the drive from St Augustine to Palm Coast!!
