Salesman (or Finance Manager as claimed on LinkedIn)

Salesman (or Finance Manager as claimed on LinkedIn) Aaron Trevino should not be trusted. Firstly, Aaron was very unresponsive to emails while I was trying to work with him on a purchase remotely. Mr Trevino even referred to my mother who has power of attorney since I am overseas as “Mommy” sarcastically in his last and final email to me. I never did hear back from Aaron Trevino after several attempts to get the numbers so I ended up making the purchase all online without Aaron Trevino’s help. Unfortunately, this is not where the story ends. When my mother went to test drive the vehicle on my behalf, Mr Trevino pretended to be “Johnny” after we explained to Albert in Finance Mr Trevino should not be part of the transaction since he ghosted me and I finalized my purchase online without assistance from any Sales rep. “Johnny” aka Aaron Trevino proceeded to take my mother on the test drive in an attempt to pull the wool over our eyes but that was ill fated as he was found out eventually. We only found out “Johnny” was actually Aaron Trevino the next day when taking delivery of the vehicle. Aaron Trevino’s behavior was unprofessional, childish and downright disrespectful. Use caution when shopping at Helfman Ford as there are at least a few deceitful characters pretending to be professionals.

I bought a car from this dealer entirely online, and their team went above and beyond to assist me. They helped with the inspection and even took the car to the dealership for a recall, and this happened to be for a BMW. Despite the transaction being online, they provided exceptional service by personally handling these tasks for me. I?ve already sent them both thank you's, but still their effort truly exceeded my expectations. I?ll definitely return to them for my next car purchase.

What a fantastic buying experience at Helfman Ford in TX. We were shopping online, out of state purchase, and had the pleasure of working with Richard Baxley who went way above and beyond. He kept us informed during the whole process and even more important followed up diligently during the delivery and when we took possession of the vehicle. Of course he then followed up yet again. I tip my cap to the dealership and Richard on a great buying experience!
