worse service every left me SUV for oil change and radio issue the only thing that was done was the radio issue. I called back on Saturday and waited 30 minutes on the phone to be told that the oil change was not done and there 2 hours wait for the oil change to be done then he goes and tell me he may be able to do it 1 hour i have funeral to go to but not have time to wait again. i have never had any problems with this dealership till now. so now I have to find time to drop off the vehicle again for oil change. I don't like taken to another place in case something happen they will have records of it. I try to schedule and online pick up and all the date are black out so i am not even to schedule a pick. I am not sure if the web site is mess up or something. Hopefully i will not have to find another dealership this close to home.

As always Helfman Ford had given a great purchasing experience. This is my forth new F-150 purchased at this Ford Dealer since 2007. I like their services across the board. I trust them from new car salesman to mechanics for repairs. I have always had a great experience.

Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. There was not one hiccup or unnecessary delay as they had all the paperwork prepared when I arrived. If you want to purchase a car or truck hassle-free, Helfman Ford is the place to shop.

He patiently “walked” us through the various features of the car and answered all our questions which were many. He also gave us his phone number to call if we had any other questions.
