We have been looking for an automobile for months. Sometimes seriously, sometimes not. During the past two months, there have been some dramatic social... changes – world over. With that understood, we expected a different approach – and received such at a number of Honda, Toyota and Subaru dealerships. However, from the moment we reached out to Gillman Subaru, there was a distinct, marked and positive difference. From our first messaging with Javier, to discussions with Bryan and link up with Oscar Covarrubias, our salesman … your humor and positive, personable approach was key to an all-around wonderful experience. Thom, in Finance, went the extra mile, too, in trying to get us to zero percent and even considering other options, taking the time to compare costs of purchase vs lease - even when it became apparent that the option would not work for us. The follow up has been terrific, too. Yousef Taha has followed up even when we’ve been difficult to reach … and Oscar, reaching out, again, as well. Everything they said they would do, they have done. Sometimes, in getting something you’ve wanted for a long time, the financial aspect actually casts a shade on the deal – no matter how positive the experience up until that point. Not so, here! Salesman, John Nguyen, was excellent - I made it clear I would walk if I was subjected to car dealer shenanigans, and he abided by that all the way. He... was very helpful in explaining the features/extras on the car and how they work. Decent transaction with the Finance Manager - quick and no BS.

Had a very poor experience. They had listed a 2018 Audi Q7 for approximately $40,500 on cars.com. I called in and the finalized the price through negotiation.... Sent my info to calculate tag and title costs. Then they went radio silent. Would not pick up my calls. When I reached out to another person at the dealership, he said that there is a sale "pending" on that car and they will call me if that does not happen, which was not true. Because, I subsequently received a text from the original sales person that the dealership decided to increase the price, which is the reason why he could not sell the car! That turned out to be true as the car was relisted on cars.com for over $43,800. This is an example of unethical sales practice.

Looking for a used Prius Andy wife went in to see it. The car was unavailable to see. But, was shown on the website as ready for sale. It eventually didn’t... pass inspection and wasn’t offered for sale.. I wish they hadn’t offered the car without ensuring it was ready for delivery. They called and tried to gain our business, but then realized the car was unfit for sale.

Never go to this place for used car as car sales reps just lie to you and keep you wait at the facility for Hours.
