Paul was great! They fixed the car and found that an expensive part was covered by a recall service bulletin. They were able to complete the repairs same day. The team is always friendly and knowledgeable. I would not take my Volt anywhere else for service.

M a r k m a r k m a r k If the person answering the phone name is Mark ask to speak to someone else because he is so absolutely rude and disrespectful to the customers. There should be a course that they are required to attend and pass before they're allowed to answer the phone or engage with any customer regardless of their race ethnicity gender and most definitely age because these are the things that can cause companies to suffer with great liabilities. Even though the manager attempted to apologize and his own little way it is hard to undo something as egregious as being disrespectful to another person for no reason. We all have a right to our privacy and if we elect not to be contacted via phone that is certainly our preference and a person should not be made to felt less than a human because they make that request. M a r k apparently does not understand that concept and in turn has actually caused this dealership my business even though it was just a mere $15,000 it was money that I felt was going to be well spent based on all of the work that his coworkers had put into the deal all of this down the drain because he has no respect for the customers. One good thing about it is that my money was being at any dealership but the hard part about it is to report you Bill with the sales people and the deals you make with the finance manager and all you need is to close the deal and someone like m a r k steps in with no regard to anyone else and screw up a deal, not only this deal but it is moving forward because no one wants to spend money where they're not appreciate it and definitely when they're not respected. So let's all give m a r k a round of applause for a job not well done
