Desmond and John where awesome!

Desmond and John where awesome! They answered all my questions and if I was hesitant on something they both made sure I was comfortable with my decision. My experience purchasing my vehicle was exceptional. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership. I went in to take of some business and Desmond had my car wash by the time i came back out. The next time i went to pick up contract John filled my gas tank. Best experience ever. Great Job!

Throw The Whole Dealership Away!

Only 1 star because that's the only way I can post my review but 0 STARS! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER! I knew I should have went somewhere else when I had a issue with the salesman, I just got my car in May and have been having issues with this dealership all behind a tire, they will continually inconvenience you, they don't care, their staff in service don't know anything! Everybody needs to be retrained. Don't order a tire from their website because then you'll run into issues with that! They don't try to make things right like they should and people in the service department will tell you labor for them to put on your tire is $50 plus tax when it's only $25 plus tax and that's still to much to charge to put a tire on a 40k car when the tire is $300 and it came with a 24 month NISSAN warranty, they don't have any of your information in the system to pull the purchase so you have to make sure you always have your receipt which is ridiculous in itself. They don't top your fluids off like they should after getting a oil change, I literally got 2 squirts out my windshield wiper fluid before it wasn't nothing left and I had just got a oil change the day before, tire pressure will never be even out like it's supposed to. Not to mention if you call and ask to speak to a manager they leave you on hold and lie about everything it's really sad this is the type of things people have to deal with but I will NEVER come back and they will NEVER touch my car again. 0/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.Throw the whole dealership away!

Bait and Switch

Saw an ad on Facebook for a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle posted by Jose Ayala. Message him and say I'm interested. He gives me the address and his phone number and says ask for him. I texted him and called him before I left and drove over an hour to get there. He confirmed the vehicle is there and to ask for him when I get there. I get there an hour later no Jose and no Beetle. Another salesman by the name of Jose Lopez says Mr. Ayala isn't working today and he could help. I showed him the Facebook ad and he looks on the computer and rides around the lot. He comes back and says they don't have it. Tries to give me some BS about you have to understand that is a wholesale vehicle and it might have been sold already. I said okay look it up and tell me when because an hour ago i was told it was here. He couldn't find anything about the vehicle at all. He then tried to sell me something else. Classic bait and switch, lure me in with a low price vehicle that they don't have then try to sell me something else. Waste of time and money. Beware

Price changing crooks!

The Jeep that has been listed (for at least 4 days) for $43,615 suddenly went up after two days of speaking to the dealership. I began communicating with the dealership on Friday. We had many phone calls and discussions throughout the day about purchasing, sending and recieving info on Monday. When my bank emailed my loan approval paperwork and I told the salesperson that I was taking the day off of work tomorrow to go buy the Jeep, I was advised of a price increase to $55,000!! Then they 'graciously' went down to $51,000. I have the original window sticker (2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) from Carfax with the price of $53,375! The Jeep is now 3 years old as the 2023 models are weeks away from being available and now the price is over $1500 more. The price of the Jeep is not the reason for this review of the horrible dealership practices but the fact that they have in fact, horrible dealership practices. They claim that they added $5995 worth of "dealer add-ons" such as glass etching, a GPS tracker, car alarm and some other cheap items that somehow add up to the ridiculous $5995. So why the $11,000 increase!?! And why did the price increase only after I asked them to hold the Jeep until tomorrow so I could go there to buy the Jeep!?! This dealership is run by dishonest crooks. Be very careful of the tactics they used on me. They try to set the hook then jack up the price once a customer commits to buying there. I have owned 40ish licensed and insured vehicles since I have been driving and have never seen such a poorly run car dealership. Next, I will be making a report to the Better Business Bureau. By the way, the Jeep is still listed for $43,615!!

NIce locatioin, very pleasant people and good car

NIce locatioin, very pleasant people and good car selection. I really wanted to do business with them. Unfortunately, notwithstanding using a third party to obtain a "firm" price, after getting "lured" to test drive a car a very good price, i was given a selling price > 30% above the advertised price. I had to walk away.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!

I would give zero if possible.

I would give zero if possible. The salesperson was not clear on the features of the vehicle. very shady-as they do not provide quotes and wanted to run my credit to provide a quote. They then suggested that they usually charge 25% over MSRP and that it is non-negotiable! I am thankful for the new FCC regulations. I ca wait for them to become the law! Nissan of Central Houston Nissan- You are not going to have my business!

I'm giving one star because I am not allowed to get zero.

I'm giving one star because I am not allowed to get zero. I was shopping online for a Nissan rogue platinum. Their website shows they have one in transit, so I submit my contact information so that I can learn more. Someone calls me immediately and tells me that the car I'm interested in won't arrive Until next week, but there is one in another color available for me to test drive. This is later in the evening, and I know they close at nine, so I hurried over to take the test drive. I waste almost 10 minutes wandering around before I approach the manager office only to be cut off by someone who said he'd be with me in a minute. Fine. Come to find out that the car I want actually won't arrive until mid September, but there is not actually not another one in a different color for me to drive. A manager, I think his name is Marco, apologized for the short staffing and offered to help me personally. I begin to think things are looking up. He tells me there is a rogue platinum with a few miles on it and would that be OK for me to test drive. I said yes. He left to get it. 20 minutes later still no sign of him. In total, I spent about an hour at this dealership and absolutely nothing happened except lies and horrible service.
