buyer beware

horrible dealership, they are using deceptive trade practices, and very unethical... they agree upon a price in writing, and everyone is on the same page, then they say oh we can't sell it at that price after they already agreed on it in writing, oh and you have to use our financing because we get a kickback. just to mention the salesman did everything correct, its management that is screwing people over.

Excellent Customer Service

Great service. Carlos, the service advisor, provides excellent customer service. You are greeted with a smile when you walk through the door and the service department provides top-notch service for your vehicle.

Unethical Sales Behaviors

I made an agreement to purchase a 2022 Ford F150 on 1/24/23 with the company's internet sales managers, James McDonald and Laura, via company text message and phone call. At that time the vehicle's purchase price and all vehicle specifics were agreed upon. The next day on 1/25 I was handed off to Cassidy Moore in the sales department. I requested they send me an invoice showing the breakdown of all cost of the purchase. Later that day Cassidy Moore sent the invoice which included 3 separate "add ons", which were bed liner, window tint and GSFS Vehicle Guard, that were not disclosed to me nor did I request on the vehicle. By email, i requested they remove the "add on's". Cassidy's response email stated that the add on's were already installed on the truck and can not be removed. I then called her to explain I never agreed to these add on's and they were not disclosed on the Window Sticker, website, or to me through phone or text. All three add on's also had heavily inflated prices based on normal retail price. I then informed her that I would not be purchasing the vehicle since they did not disclose these items prior to my agreement. Shortly after that, Cassidy texted me and said that, "maybe there was some confusion, maybe the add on's are not on the truck yet". After I confronted Cassidy for lying about the add on's on the truck, the Sales Manager Scott Baker, texted me through Cassidy's phone this practice is normal and is done at all dealerships. In summary, the company attempted to force me to purchase inflated priced options on a truck that were not originally agreed to. They stated they were already on the truck after I had agreed to buy it. Only to later disclose that the options may not be on the truck after I decline to continue with the vehicle purchase.

Hassle Free and Great Customer Support

James and Nicks were great in helping me purchase the car. Both went far and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. Nicks drove the car to my home in Tx. Car arrived as promised with no surprises. I am so grateful for James and Nicks for a hassle free car purchase. Both listen very well to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Because of Nicks and James and the way handled my purchase I highly recommend Cavender Ford when it comes to car purchase. May God Bless you.

Great serivce

I brought my 2011 Ford F-250 in to cavender Ford to get my oil changed and tires rotated, and a general check to see how it was doing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was explained well over the phone amd in person. Overall it was a good experience. Carlos Conjeo
