Good people, good place, lots of 1 ton trucks, good prices. Better prices then the dealerships in Houston area. Found the Charcoal truck I have been looking for

Had made a deal with the sales manager on a new Ram 2500. Couple of hours before delivery, got a call saying they had sold the truck we had made a deal on. One manager told it had been sold, another manager told me it was a dealer trade. Yea, right. Of course, they didn't have any others. Sales manager claimed he didn't know about it. A sales manager not knowing when a vehicle is being sold, again - yea, right. I naively thought the days of these type of dealer shenanigans were long past. Seems they're alive and well at the dealership. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

From initial purchase to the following required vehicle services, the folks at Boerne Dodge have been a pleasure to work with. They will be my choice for my next vehicle purchase!

Very easy to get swindled so do your research and head to Boerne. Just glad to meet some genuine people and they are out to keep you a return customer for future or family... a lot of places “say” but these guys “do”. JJ

Updating my original review as this causes for it. I was becoming very frustrated with my car purchase but Boerne Dodge takes care of their customers. If they are at fault in any way they will do their due diligence and do what they can to take care of their customers. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Great dealership with great people.

I only stopped by Boerne Dodge to compare prices to a new Chevy I had planned to purchase the same day. A couple of hours later, I found myself driving off in a 2019 Ram 4X4. I have never been a Dodge person, but as of my 4/12/19 test drive, my 30 year Chevy run is over. The new Ram is absolutely amazing and the staff at Boerne Dodge made the process easy and issue free.

Mike in the service department did a great job. He found the parts that were needed to fix my air conditioner in one day and had my car ready by noon on the next day. He was also able to change my oil and do my State Inspection.

Outstanding service I called close to closing spoke to the manager for quite a while way past closing time to help find the right truck for me. After 3 weeks for not being able to go I was finally able to get some time of work to close the deal . Never in that time were they pushy, they were always willing to work with my schedule and help me find the right truck for me. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to find a truck at a great price off a dealer that cares for the consumer.

We purchased our vehicle from another dealership that we never really cared much for. I had a minor repair issue a couple years back and found Boerne Dodge was much more responsive to our needs. We have been using them with satisfaction ever since.
