I looked to trade my Honda Odyssey in for over a year....Every time I would go to dealerships in Gainesville, FL (Honda and Nissan) they were (1.) very pushy, almost like phorans when you exit your car in the parking lot (2.) very over priced vehicles!! I was very pleased with the service I got from Bobby Cade, at Santa Fe Ford in Alachua....Not only did they beat any price in Gainesville, but I got into a 2014 Nissan Altima for way cheaper price than the dealerships in Gainesville tried to give me for a 2011- 2012 with a lot of miles! I have had my 2014 Nissan Altima for going on my second month and I`m still in love with it!! :) Everyone at Santa Fe Ford was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership and I look forward to buying my next car here as well!!

First off, I have been to this dealership before with my family, and they have recently undergone renovations. The building looks great, and is very open and inviting. As a first time buyer, I was afraid of how long the process would take, and I was under a time constraint, but I was done within an hour. I had the car picked out ahead of time, and after a quick test drive, Ron Hinson showed me the ins and outs of my Focus and got my Sync account all set up. He was very excited about my purchase and I would definitely come to him for any future buys. In addition, David Zick and Ann Ebel got me the best financing they could find, and I am extremely happy with my payment plan, as it is nearly perfect for a first time buyer/college student. Overall, my experience at Santa Fe Ford was exceptionally great. The customer service was outstanding and the employees were all friendly and excited. Should I ever need a new car, I will definitely return to Santa Fe Ford for my purchasing needs.

My sales person was never pushy or bugged me with calls that I didn't want. I was a die hart Toyota person or so I thought,but after talking with Ron for a while I decided to give Ford a try. Once I test drove a Mustang the car actually sold itself.. My husband bought a F-150 about 3yrs. ago from Ron and assured me I'd be happy with him, and I definitely am. I had the best experience. I know Ron will be there for me because he's still here for my husband after all this time,what a great guy!

I had heard many car buying horror stories, and between the idea of pushy sales reps, mountains of confusing paperwork, and the ever present possibility of buying a "lemon" I was really dreading the experience. Luckily, Santa Fe Ford rose high above my expectations. Tim Lofton worked to help me with purchasing my vehicle, and I have to say he was fantastic. He was extremely accommodating, not at all pushy, and answered all of my questions. He went out of his way to prepare the vehicle for me and made the buying process as smooth as possible.
