TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE!!! Will not return or recommend to anybody!!! Purchased truck on 1/28/25 that needed ac & front end repairs. I had to buy extended warranty coverage, deductible & rental car all within the 1st month! Including time wasted!!

My truck was in and out of the dealership concerning

My truck was in and out of the dealership concerning the same problem from the end of July until September 6. I was not pleased on how my vehicle was used for pleasure. I made my service advisor and a manager aware of my concerns only to be told that if my truck stops for a certain amount of time at a location, then they are trying to correct a problem that may have shown up. That response raised more suspicion as to why would anyone work on my vehicle in a parking lot instead of the dealership with the correct tools and assistance from others, if needed. I had to visit the dealership to advise them to put gas in the vehicle because they were absolutely driving it without adequate fuel (on empty).During this time, my advisor was not there so I was helped by someone else, but I asked, “when a module is being replaced, does the tech always drive the truck right?” The advisor explained to me that he would look it up and then stated, “ oh, the part is not in yet so I’m not sure why they would be driving it!” I brought this up to my service advisor and he stated, I’m not sure why he would tell you that unless he’s trying to cover up something !” I lost all trust for the service department at that moment and reported those statements! I saw that a lot of miles were being driven so I thought that it was from them actually driving it to check for problems and after bringing this concern to management, I saw a huge decline in miles driven. Inconvenience was the most consistent service that was provided. I was called to pick up my vehicle six times, while I was at work, and only to incur the same problem five times. The fifth time that I went to retrieve my truck, the service guy pulled up and opened the door with all of the lights blinking with service errors all across the screen and scuff marks along side the driver’s door. The service advisor and two managers were made aware and witnessed the events at hand. On September 6, 2024, the truck was washed, scuff marks were removed as I retrieved my vehicle for the sixth time. After I drove out of that dark bay, now I see dirt/oil all over the passenger seat. I was ready to go but extremely livid. Once home, now I notice a receipt of some sort. The receipt was from an address that matched a location to where I would track my vehicle being visited over several days, now I know for certain that my vehicle was being used for personal errands as well. I know that this review is all over the place but so was I, in dealing with the service department of KNAPP CHEVROLET! A person would think after purchasing four vehicles from this dealership that a healthy rapport would have been established and it was with the finance department but not service. From my personal standpoint, they have demonstrated negligence, deception, poor management and lack communication skills. The service department has declined poorly in service provided. These are just a few of the troublesome issues that I encountered. Disgusted and disappointed

One of the most insanely rude and unprofessional customer

One of the most insanely rude and unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had! Devin, the manager screamed and cussed at my girlfriend and I like a lunatic. We agreed to a deal with them, and we told him from the start that the car we were trading in was had to be jumped the last time it started, and possibly needed a new battery, which is why we were asking for very little money for it. We gave him the vin, the miles and pictures of it, and he agreed to give us a little money for it based on those, knowing it was having trouble starting. My girlfriend signed everything, the deal was done but the car wouldn't start, even with a jump. When I told him we would have it towed there, he immediately started screaming and cussing at myself and girlfriend, saying I was full of s#!t and telling me to get the f**k out. The salesperson we'd worked with before that, Mia, was also somewhat rude and unprofessional, which is why I was glad when Devin took over. But it's no wonder the salesperson is unprofessional, the manager is a complete lunatic and has absolutely no business in customer service!

Tahoe Service

Owner of vehicle

Julian Avila, is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired ASAP. He is very polite and caring. Even went as far as waiting 15 minutes after his shift, for me to arrive to pick up my vehicle.

Excellent service at every turn!

The atmosphere was great! Everyone greeted me as I entered. My salesman Matt, was professional, patient, well-mannered, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and assisted me through the entire process. The finance people were friendly and took great care of me! Very happy with my experience there, thank you!!

Mr. Vicente Carranza II

This Is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this place leaving hefty down payments. An oil change here takes 4 hours. Even when scheduled. Noone answers their phone in the service department. Customer service is terrible, I am very disappointed in the Customer service from Chris P. And from the entire service mechanics. Noone wants to work here and between the service managers arguing with the mechanics this place will never get there stuff together unless they create a whole different team.

Truck Service

I have my oil changed there every time it?s needed. I went in for my previous oil change, asked them to check my brakes. The truck has 115000 miles on it. I was told brakes are fine. The next oil change I also get my plugs and wires changed also. Then they tell me my brakes are metal on metal. I was at the service center for seven hours. It cost $1700.00 after a discount. I leave for a trip to Colorado, when I get there I have to find a dealer in Glennwood Springs to check my truck, it?s not running right at all. Turns out they didn?t get the plug wires on correct. They also left some of the
