The service at this dealership is beyond terrible.

The service at this dealership is beyond terrible. I bought a new Jaguar in 2024. I love the car but not so much the service at this dealership. I had what should have been a small problem several months ago that took them more than a month to figure out. Once the head shop guy talked to me, he knew instantly knew what it was. Meanwhile, I was without my care for about a month. Fast forward to today. I got a estimate for work that seemed way to high to me. I asked for the breakdown of parts v. labor, and the hours and hourly rare for labor. What do you know, they "miscalculated the labor amount" by $600. Ooops. Then when I picked up my car, there was a $99.89 "shop charge" despite me paying over $2,400 for repairs. I asked them what that was for and they said "special tools." I pressed them on that answer and they said it was to bill for "unbillable stuff." I said unbillable means unbillable. The guy just looked at me and said that's what we do. They are terrible.

Unbelievable!

Unbelievable! Not only did the salesperson lie to me, but the General Manager Austin Quisenberry did as well. They played around with several customers over the same car and fed each one of us a different story. They were not honest and were absolutely not fair. I was given the runaround for several days. They also do not communicate with one another or return phone calls, emails or their website's contact form. I would never do business with this dealership. Stay away!

I can confidently say it was one of the best dealership

I can confidently say it was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had—thanks entirely to the incredible team of Austin and Anastasia. From the moment I walked in, Anastasia made me feel right at home. Her deep knowledge of the Defender lineup and genuine passion for the brand gave me total confidence in my decision. She patiently walked me through every detail, answered all my questions (and then some), and made sure I was fully informed without ever feeling pressured. She was always one step ahead—making sure documents were prepped, timelines were clear, and communication was consistent. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made a huge difference. Austin was equally amazing- making all the behind-the-scenes logistics feel effortless and making my experience one to remember. The personal touch of the Land Rover merch & my favorite mezcal was the cherry on top! I'd recommend this team to anyone & everyone- they are the best of the best.

My salesman Joshua Grice did a great job helping me with my order. He kept in touch throughout the waiting time. Tumi Akingbade thouroughly explained all of the cars features once it was delivered and has replied to a few texts promptly if I texted him a question. 5 stars for both!!

Sales rep was great and knowledgeable about the car. Fairly easy experience over the phone, txtx, and in person?no pressure sales, rest of the team was easy to work with. Received all the information I needed up front so when I arrived at the dealership all I needed to do was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork.
