Was in the market for a used Jaguar F-Pace SVR and found

Was in the market for a used Jaguar F-Pace SVR and found one at Land Rover Houston Central that checked most of the boxes and so I stopped by to take a look. The very first thing I noticed was a faint smoke smell inside the car and after some digging I was finally told that the previous owner had indeed been a smoker. With the clear understanding of smoke typically being a deal breaker for me, I assumed they would be willing to work with me on the price. They made no effort whatsoever to show me they were willing to work with me, and so I walked away. The irritating part was that they continued to follow up with me about the same car as if we had never had a discussion about it. Had they made ANY sort of effort to work with me I would have likely still bought the car!

The salesman Joshua was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased even though it was not primary product of the dealership. That made me feel comfortable about the purchase because he took the time to learn about the vehicle. The manager Cory whom assisted while Joshua was away made the buying process very seamless and a great experience.

What a pleasant experience it was purchasing such a well

What a pleasant experience it was purchasing such a well made vehicle at Land Rover Houston Central. Austin (GM) and JP (sales associate) are extremely knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered and provided info for the questions I didn’t know to ask. They both listened carefully and gave me the time and attention I needed in making the best decisions for myself. They do an amazing job of representing Land Rover and it’s evident they work hard to create a sales culture promoting customer satisfaction!
