On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! Walter & Katherine * Andrea had taken care of our daughter for us on a previous purchase and introduced us to Megan. Thank you Andrea!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Sure they give you the warm and fuzzies so you will pay them $70,000 for a brand new vehicle. But when the vehicle is a mere 6 months old and the touch screen (which controls pretty much everything) goes out - don't bother to reach out. They don't care about your issues, they have no intention of providing any sort of service - the warm and fuzzies quit as soon as the check cleared. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that doesn't enjoy lighting your money on fire and watching it burn. Buying a vehicle here is about the same. 10 out of 10 - would not recommend to my worst enemy. If I could give negative stars I would.

I have purchased my last three vehicles at Tommie Vaughn Ford, however, I will never go back after a horrible experience at their Service Department. Even though I made an appointment, there were no service advisors to be found. I finally spoke to Elizabeth Bell who was rude, discourteous, and obviously hates her job. To call her a service advisor is a joke. She wanted me to leave my car there overnight and provided no time or cost estimate on the repairs my vehicle needed. Stay clear of this Service Department - complete waste of time. I will NEVER go back to Tommie Vaughn Ford again.

Stay clear of Tommie Vaughn Service Department, They are rude, discourteous, and basically worthless. I made an appointment at 7:00 AM and when I got there, no one to be found. The Service Advisor i finally spoke to obviously did not want to be there. She was extremely rude - asked me to keave my vehicle overnight and provided no estimated time to repair or cost. To call her a Service Advisor is a joke, I have purchased my last three vehicles at Tommie Vaughn Ford, but I will never step foot in that place again,

The service at TVF is always the best. Iโve been driving the Explorer since its debut and am now on my 8th vehicle (2020 xx, sheโs awesome).
