I BOUGHT IN THE LINCOLN FOR A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM AND A "BUTLER" TREATMENT. EVERYONE WAS SO POLITE AND HAPPY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND KEPT ME VERY WELL INFORMED ALL THE TIME. THE LAST THING THEY DID WAS "WASH" THE CAR. OUR CAR LOOKED JUST AS GOOD INSIDE AND OUT AS IT DID THE DAY WE DROVE IT OFF THE FLOOR. THEY DO THE BEST CLEANING OF ANY LINCOLN DEALER WE HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ARE A 2 HOUR DRIVE FOR US AND THERE ARE OTHER DEALERS CLOSER BUT THE SERVICE AT BOSART SURPASSES ALL THE REST.

Bozard Ford has created a great atmosphere for great customer service. All of the employees work well together providing great service to all of their customers.

Took my Mustang in for my routine service and tire rotation. Service Advisor said would take about an hour.....35 minutes later I was out the door....and my car was washed!

I typically loathe buying cars. It's just a sleazy process. This is the second Ford we've bought and I'll tell you why. There are a lot of good products on the market but there is seldom great service. Bozard provides amazing service. Every time. I've never experienced this before. I don't think I'll buy a car anywhere else from now on. Ryan and Keith were great to work with and their service department is unrivaled. Thanks Bozard!

Awesome experience, from the time we drove into the dealership until we left with our new car. Our salesman Jeremy was very helpful and made it easy to want to buy a car. i had a choice of two different dealerships for repair. I choose Bozard because of the great sevice I always receive..very happy with service..

I purchased a used mustang for my son to drive to college two years ago. They replaced the battery, brakes, new tires and serviced the vehicle at the time of purchase. I was pleased with the vehicle and still am. I purchased a new Escape for my wife last month. Zach Gibbs was our sales agent and was very patient with my wife and got her the wheels she wanted for the vehicle. I came back several weeks later and purchased a new F-150, Zach was great again getting me want I needed for my trade in and finding me the right truck. I came back for a bed liner, window tint and leveling kit. The prices were cheaper or same as other places so I had them all done at once. Great job on all the work. While I was picking up my truck I found new takeoff wheels and tires from a truck that they were accessorizing. I purchased them and had them installed while I waited in less than an hour. Great job to all of the Bozard staff that helped us on the purchase of the vehicles and service. I will be back when I need another vehicle or need service. David M. Fleming Island

Had to return my truck three times to get problem fixed. Each time was over $1000 more for things I probably didn't need. AC is better but still not functioning correctly. They did catch my front bearings going bad but now I have a pull to the right when I brake. The service tried to say it was always there but I never had an issue prior. I have no faith in Bozard Service
