Very professional, knowledgeable and personable staff. Although we were A-plan buyers Jim and Mike spent significant time with us to go through options and vehicle offerings to get the exact requirements for us. We’ve bought a lot of vehicles over the years and I can say this dealer is head and shoulders above others. No pressure and transparent. We’ll be back when we look for our next Lincoln. It was a pleasure to do business here.

This is my second Nautilus purchase from Bozard and we will not go to any other Lincoln Dealer! We (along with our neighbors) had a horrific experience at the Lincoln Dealer in Daytona… so worth going north on 95 to Bozard!!

I saw the 2025 Nautilus for sale on the website. From my first contact with Logan to the last signature to purchase it was a pleasure to deal with Bozard and all of it’s staff.

I bought a 2021 Explorer and loved it until it started falling apart. I spent almost $4,000 on it in less than a year. Bozard found out, contacted me, and set me up with a 2022 after giving me over KBB value for my trade. Bernie was the least pushy salesman I’ve ever worked with which is why I will always go back to them - as will my dad, mom, and uncle - who are all customers as well. Most dealerships will look you over and tell you to deal with the problems, but they made it right. They even delivered my immaculately clean car to my work so I didn’t have to drive and hour and a half to get it. James and Bernie - and even Rick, the financing guy - got me in a car that I love and most importantly, feel comfortable driving my family in.
