Bozard Ford Lincoln

Devin the sales person was wonderful! He is definitely the reason why we decided to purchase from Bozard. He is honest, straight forward, and helped make the whole purchasing process simple. It has been a long time since I have worked with a vehicle dealership that exhibits integrity, excellent customer service and transparency.

It was great doing business with Tischler Nelson at Bozard Ford. Buying a new vehicle can be quite nerve wracking, but he was awesome every step of the way!

I have serviced all three of our families Ford vehicles with Bozard and been pretty loyal to them. NO MORE! My wife took my sons F150 in too look at noise under drivers side wheel well (turned out to be a bearing). Received news of issue with no details or estimate. Then to top it off when my wife drives the truck out of the lot she noticed the air pressure on alerts said rear tire was down to 28 after the had the truck. She called immediately and Robert the service technician said bring it back. Upon arrival they wanted to charge her another $55 dollars for a nail picked up! Clearly picked up in there hands in there parking lot! Will never do business ethos shady outfit again. Be weary!!! By the way still waiting on a call from the service manager.

Michael (USMC Vet) was great to work with and made the process seamless! Ricky was awesome and got us a great rate! Definitely will continue to get my vehicles from Bozard Ford!

Amazing. Walked in and our name was on a screen welcoming us in. Snack tray with some pretty nice snacks. Organic was there! Water. Mike was awesome. Had the Tahoe all gassed up with our name on a sign inside the car. Road test was great, he wasn't in a rush. Very informative about the car and features it has. His side kick Mason was always around to answer any questions regarding the car and he also synced up our phone to the car and showed us what alot of the buttons did. Had the car all prepped and ready. Gave me some bags so I could transfer my items from my old car to the new one. All the paperwork was perfect and on a large screen between us so we could clearly see everything on all the documents. No fine print wasn't to small here. Highly recommend Bozard and Mike and Mason. Very pleasant and quick experience. It didn't take all day. It was maybe 2 hours or so and we were done! Thanks again for helping us get into a new car.
