Rey was on point kept in contact with me until sales was

Rey was on point kept in contact with me until sales was final he made sure that all ties where done before I had to come in and do last of sales transactions.Manny was so professional it really was a smooth and convenient for me.Manny was so pleasant during the whole process I really would recommend these two to anyone to have them handle the process of buying a vehicle.

We had check for full amount on vehicle we purchased.

We had check for full amount on vehicle we purchased. The finance person insisted on getting our apartment lease faxed over to him. The vehicle was NOT financed at Randall Reed so not understanding why this info was needed.

Purchased a brand-new Ford Maverick will full payment and

Purchased a brand-new Ford Maverick will full payment and no loan. Unforutantely, shortly after closing I had read through more of the paperwork to find out that I had gotten charged for a dealer bedliner that was already installed from the Ford Factory. Furthermore, I was charged for window tints as well that I had to go back to schedule as I was not informed of this prior or during the sale process as well. The "dealer accessory" breakdown was not shown to be in detail during closing but rather a generic line item that encompassed various dealer required add-ons (wheel locks, tailgate lock, door security, bed liner, window tints) Once I brought up both of these issues I will admit that the Randal Reeds Ford team did a good job on making me "whole" again. Lyndi coordinated getting a $600+ refund check back to me for the amount of bed liner that I was incorrectly charged. I also was able to get setup with the installation of window tints that Kevin Mckinnon coordinated getting this done quickly. I was treated with respect every time I came in but unfortunately, I can't provide an "excellent" start rating due to the fact I had to personally find out and research almost $1000 worth of expenses (bed liner and tint) that I was incorrectly charged for. I will give credit to the dealership team to at least getting me back what was owed and making me whole again. However, it took work on my part to make sure this happened. I am not sure if this is a regular occurrence as I only found this out after calling Ford directly who explained that my trim Ford Maverick automatically came from the factory with the bedliner.

The Service Dept made sure to deny a warranty claim that

The Service Dept made sure to deny a warranty claim that ended with me having a $14K repair. Your past employees informed me that was a status quo for the dealership because it’s easier for me to pay for a repair than the dealership to have to deal with a warranty of that value.

I have been doing business with this location for over 30
