We visited 6 Chevrolet dealerships in the central Florida area. Ferman in Tarpon Springs was by far a standout! Not only was their price the best, but Chase, the sales manager and Tracy our salesman were the best we have seen . We were treated with respect, courtesy, and personality like we had never seen. We will definitely keep in touch with these people even at one and a half hours away.

Great experience!!

I found a vehicle that I liked on the website and sent a request by email to see if the vehicle was still for sale. I was contacted early the next morning and asked when I would like to see the vehicle. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by the General Manager and my salesman (Mo). Everyone was friendly and accommodating. After test driving the vehicle I decided to purchase it. This was absolutely the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I had several concerns that were taken care of immediately after informing Mo. Best Chevrolet is top notch in my book and I will look nowhere else for my next purchase. Thanks to everyone involved for the great experience.

don’t buy from here!!!

Horrible experience with this dealership. I would NOT recommend. I negotiated a price with the dealership and was told there was an extra $500 safety and security fee which included inspection and items that needed to be fixed on the vehicle. I told the sales advisor Fern that I could go ahead and fly there as I was going to purchase the car from out of town and literally was at the airport when he calls and tells me the door knob fell off and I would have to come the following day. Then I get a call saying that $4000 of work needs to be done on the car and that he would meet me half way and charge me an additional $2,000. These items were an oil change, a new door knob and a blinker for the car. For $4000? Fern claimed that the car was never inspected to begin with yet it was listed online.. hmm sounds like a typical bait and switch to get more money out of customers. Would not recommend

Mr. Nick, Thank you for taking the time to do multiple reviews on multiple sites. We are sorry you had a poor experience with our online sales department. Unfortunately, we traded in the 2008 Saturn Sky with 25,000 miles last week. We do a safety inspection on every pre-owned vehicle we offer for sale. This particular car was pictured and advertised for sale before the inspection was done. At first glace the 12 year old car with 25,000 miles did not appear to need much repair so it was listed online. After the inspection was completed, our technician discovered that the AC was not working, a door handle was broken, and a headlamp/blinker needed to be repaired. In addition to the normal oil change and inspection that was originally estimated. Mr. Ferndale tried to be proactive and customer focused and let you know about the items that the vehicle needed before you booked your flight with the airline you work for. The situation would have been much worse had he not let you know, and when you got here tried to up sell you the needed items or "bait and switch" you to a different more expensive vehicle in inventory. I hope this explanation helps alleviate your concerns. Should you like to discuss this further, please call and ask for Jeff Elliott our General Sales Manager.

Liars!!!!

They’ve sold this truck at least twice in less than a month! I tried to buy it, offered them a reasonable cash price, they said yea! Come on in! I took the day off, they did the norm, someone’s on their way to get it for more money. I responded with, well why did you tell me to come down here? Looks like the jokes on me! Trucks got dents not visible from photos and I never even got the door opened to crank it! Customer service was rank. On the other hand, there’s a ford dealership down the road on vets with better prices, ask for Don, down to earth, straight up, easy to do business with. I’m pitching them cus after I wasted the day with best Chevrolet I stopped and spoke with Don. It gave me a completely different outlook on sales reps...

DRIVE RIGHT PAST BEST CHEVROLET, DON’T STOP!

We contacted this dealership by phone prior to driving over an hour to ensure vehicle was still available. After spending approx 2 hours, we signed a buyers order and credit application, and the next day after numerous telephone and text messages with salesman and used car manager, we we waited for a call to come complete the purchase, when a whole day went by with no call, I called the salesman only to learn the vehicle had been sold the evening before. This is an unethical dealership that lacks integrity and trustworthiness. Don’t buy here!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We regret to hear about the situation you have described. Unfortunately, with aggressively priced pre-owned vehicles we only have one of a model at times. In this case a BMW135i. You had stopped by on the August 12th and were not able to complete the purchase due to a credit lock you had placed on yourself. Another customer came the very next day and purchased the vehicle. Mr. Bobby said he is currently searching for another 2007-2009 BMW 135i for you

Drive past this dealership!

After driving over an hour to look at a used car, and spending about two hours with the salesman and sales manager, and signing a buyers order and credit application, and after numerous texts and phone conversations the following day, and then waiting for a phone call that the car was ready for pickup that never came, I called the salesman who advised me, “Oh, we sold that car last night “. Talk about unethical and lack of integrity.
