great experience. Everyone was willing to help me find the car I wanted within my budget.

I was in the market for a specific used vehicle after having my previous vehicle totaled in an accident. After searching for weeks, I finally found what seemed to be the perfect vehicle at the right price at this dealership. I called and verified that the vehicle was available, said I would like to put down a deposit (as I was committing to a four hour drive and didn't want to arrive to find the vehicle sold) and was transferred to a salesman. The salesman vaguely assured me that the vehicle looked great, took my cc number and said he would have it detailed for me. When I arrived, the vehicle was not in the condition it had been presented. There was hail damage, missing seat panels, moderate paint damage and missing knobs and buttons inside. (This is just what I observed in the ten/fifteen minutes I was in the vehicle. Who knows what was under the hood!) All of this was cleverly not photographed or disclosed prior to me driving four hours to purchase. . . They did refund my deposit however I can't recommend this dealer for the purpose of buying a used car.

I had a amazing experience at this dealership aside from any other FORD dealership. The sales person worked with me and their prices are more affordable then any other in lousiana. And I love my 2017 mustang

The Service Advisor and the work done was excellent. The only thing I do not like is that a reservation time does not mean your vehicle will even be looked at the same day.

Besides having the particular vehicle of interest, I appreciated the fact that were very interested helping me make the best decision. This was especially true with Dennis Lamarque who assisted me in this process. I appreciated his candor along with his desire to sell me a vehicle. As a salesman, I applaud his efforts and ultimately made the right decision to purchase. Everyone could not have been more accommodating, and they made the purchase process as seamless as one could want. I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to consider Lamarque when looking towards a new vehicle.

Jason was a huge help in purchasing my new car. He took the time to find out just what I wanted and helped locate my vehicle. There were some delays with delivery on my new car but the sales manager did everything he could to help make things right. Overall my experience was very good and will bring me back here for my next new Ford. Thanks again.
