Randy was very helpful and made the car buying process smooth. He guided us through each step of the process and made the purchase of the truck in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him!

Go somewhere else.

Go somewhere else. I was treated horrible by these people. I was Told they had a ford edge that was used that I could come buy cash. Got there after 2 days of messages back and fourth. Sat for 2 hours just to be told the car wont pass inspection and cant be sold. Told the used car so called mgr, and he thought it was funny. Asked for locaton mgr to contact me to explain why I was done that way and no call back or response. The salesman and mgr both need to be fired. You make sure your car can pass and be sold before telling anyone We got this or that for sale.

Communication and service was excellent to start.

Communication and service was excellent to start. After the deal was done I noticed I was not provided with the key for the brand new bed cover ordered with the truck. Sales person said they would get one ordered and it’s been a month a still no key. Financing department pulled my credit over 5 times without any sort of notice or my approval.

Planet ford spring was a joy to buy a car from. The salesman (Leo) was great and listened to what I required and came through a little better than I requested. All the staff was friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this dealership after trying several others.

The service provided here was amazing!

The service provided here was amazing! From calling to see if a truck was available to receiving pictures of the truck in minutes and leaving the dealership with the truck without having to be there all day. I was honestly probably in and out within two hours.
