I had the smoothest car buying experience at Planet Ford. Chris Byrd specifically was so helpful in making sure I liked the car I got, going through the paper work with me, and getting the car ready for me! Do not use salesman Nich.

Do not use salesman Nich. Or Nicholas. He will tell you he doesn't know on everything. Terrible customer service, doesn't give you all your paperwork, watch out for him, not to be trusted.

My Wife's car broke down with a recall related problem.

My Wife's car broke down with a recall related problem. I called Megan in service and she told me mobile service can perform recalls at our home. The next morning James drove to our home by 9am and performed 2 recalls in about 45 minutes. James was a very nice & very polite Christian man. We are very impressed.

Great service.

Great service. I went in and out and Katelyn was there along the way making sure I received great service. She made sure I got everything I asked for and that my discounts were applied. I have purchased several cars and this was by far the easiest, convenient and fastest customer service. Would definitely recommend her and Planet Ford 45 to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

If I could give zero I would.

If I could give zero I would. Stole my money basically because they didn’t fix the problem with my SUV. Refusing to just give me back what so I can actually take it to someone that’s honest to fix the problem.

I bought a 2021 ford bronco sport; I purchase an Extended

I bought a 2021 ford bronco sport; I purchase an Extended Service Plan with Roadside assistance during the buying of vehicle in the shop. Which cover major repair including for Rental up to $40.00 to 10 days with 100.00 deductible. On April 9,2024, I was driving, and this error message popped on the dash "CHARGING SYSTEM SERVICE NOW" and a red battery symbol, right before the vehicle complete cut off on me while I was driving on a main traffic street. The vehicle wouldn't hold stay on unless I got a jump from another vehicle. I took the vehicle into Planet ford quick land because I thought it was a battery issue and I had a battery warranty. They quickly replace the battery but the error message didn't go away. They informed me it could be the alternator. Since it was late in the afternoon, I called Planet Ford Service to explain my issue and i was bringing my vehicle in for them to fix. I asked for a loan since I paid for this service. I was informed they didn't have a loaner and the next loaner would be ready in June 2024!! Remind you it is April 2024!! I was thinking it would be a quick fix, No it turned into 10 total days of my vehicle being in their shop and me paying uber to go to work. I called the service manager Greg, on the 7th day and 9th day left voice message and no return call. I would never buy a Ford and I would tell others never buy Ford and definitely dont buy from Planet Ford Spring! This service center is refusing to approve or honor contact rights. Also, this is breach of contract by sale provider of product. The dealership service center refuse to resolve this problem which lead to this complaint.
