I highly recommend this team. They work seamlessly together to deliver the truck we wanted at a fair price. I spent less than 15 minutes in the dealership in total. Our salesman, Tamarcus Miles, proactively reached out to associated dealers and swiftly found the exact vehicle we were seeking, minimizing any delays. The aftermarket parts department promptly provided us with a quick and fair quote, and all our accessories are currently being installed. Ryan Walker in the Finance department efficiently processed our paperwork, negotiated a fair deal on our trade-in, and secured the extended warranty we were hoping for. Monique in commercial service took care of our existing vehicle, and I have no doubt that we will perform just as well with this new one.

Planet Ford Spring is simply the best Ford dealership and all of Texas. Probably even the best dealership regardless of vehicle make. Always expert and friendly service, quick repair is done right the first time.

On March 3rd, 2026 we visited Planet Ford in Spring, Texas to shop for a Ford passenger van. We made an appointment with Taylor Andrew, the sales rep, who was very courteous and happy to show us around. We liked Taylor and he convince us to purchase a 2025 Transit 350 XLT off the lot. With a trade in, we settled on a flat price of $63,000 for everything including license, title, registration, etc. The $63k was approved by Chris the manager also. For assurance, we asked Tylor several times during our discussion that $63K would be the final price for the truck. Later, Taylor walked us over to the finance department and introduced us to Fernando. He welcomed us with smiles and congratulated us profusely. As he sat down at the computer and started tallying up the purchase order it far exceeded $63K confirmed earlier with Taylor. In fact it was closer to 65K which included all closing cost as well as upgrades for window tinting/fllor mats. o be closer to $65K, which included window tinting/floor mats ($735) and license, title, registration etc. We became concerned and questioned his tally. He told us in an accusatory manner that there was no record of that amount in the stack of papers that he was thumbing through. His tone implied that we were either lying or misleading him. It was at this moment that my wife and I decided to terminate the transaction & preceded to walk out. Fernando said “Hold on, just wait”. We returned back to our seats. We asked Fernando to call Taylor to confirm the agreed price of $63K. He called Taylor and reluctantly acknowledged that we were correct. His attitude turned cold and hostile after that. In addition, we asked if we could separate the window tinting/floor mats ($735) charges from his initial amount and pay with a separate check. He became defiant and said “Why do you want to do that? It’s not necessary.” We replied, “we want to pay for the options from a different account. Fernando’s attitude became visibly antagonistic. We shouldn’t have had to explain our request. We were in his office for over an hour before Fernando finally did as we requested to be closer to $63K. The price he quoted was $63,047.000. Still short of the agreed amount of $63K. When we question the $47 amount, he replied “It’s only $47, what’s the big deal?” We couldn’t believe his arrogance. He finally begrudgingly adjusted the price to $63K flat. When the paper work was finally completed, Fernando curtly told us “You’re done”. That was all he said. But to continue his harassment, he purposely neglected to hand us the flash drive which contained all the sale documentation. Taylor Andrew was kind enough to deliver the flash drive to us before we drove off the parking lot with the van. Fernando’s civility had vanished and replaced with contempt. Less than a week later, we discovered that the van fishtailed on the highway. We wanted something safer to haul our grandchildren in. We considered selling the van back to Planet Ford and order an upgraded van. Despite the described experience, we wanted to give the dealership another chance, thinking that our previous experience may have been an isolated episode. Even with the 2nd deal, however, the dealership’s incompetence and lack of communication between sales personnel and manager resulted in a no-sale. In conclusion, though Planet Ford boasts to be 2nd largest dealership in USA , their service and attitude does not reflect that. They used deception to jack up the price from the original quote and tried to bully us into submission. As a result we ordered the van from Legacy Ford where we were treated with professionalism and respect.

The sales experience was great but… We took the explorer for warranty work for start stop not working. They took almost 2-1/2 months to repair and returned the car out of gas after driving it 160 miles during the repair process. Not impressed

Bought an F250 from Planet Ford and have nothing but a horrible experience. The latest is for the replacement of the main screen and a leak in the sunroof. The first time they claimed there was no issue with leaks in the sun roof, and I found multiple reports online. After blowing out both drain line the issue came back in a couple of months. I had service to fix the leak checked at a dealership in Arkansas December of 2025 and then had it checked again January 2026. The dealership wants $635.00 for repairs on a truck with 29,000 miles, less than 2 years old and kept in a garage. Buyer beware of this dealership.
