They kept my car for a month, and not a single thing was

They kept my car for a month, and not a single thing was fixed. Communication from staff was the horrible and they drove the vehicle for shy of 100-miles and NO fix!! Horrible service; they claim to be the best, but that pretty far from the truth.

Randy was a fantastic help as always.

Randy was a fantastic help as always. Also, Adrian our finance manager couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We will continue to come back because of people like Randy and Adrian. Thank y’all!

When I tell you that this man is something special, that

When I tell you that this man is something special, that is not an understatement!!!!! Terrance was patient and gracious throughout the entire process, and made a very surreal moment for me a reality! He assured me about my car selection, and went over all of the options available to me. Never have I had someone care more about me and my needs than about making a sale than he did. I have a daughter who will be driving soon, and I definitely plan on allowing him to assist us in that transaction as well. Planet Ford has a real gem in him!!!!

They treated me very nicely and the service of my oil

Planet Ford as a whole has lost my business.

Planet Ford as a whole has lost my business. I bought a brand new 24 mustang gt premium a few months back and paid in cash for the car. I saw a used Harley f150 on website and was told my salesman he couldn’t sell a used car so I contacted that pallet ford the guy called and left a message. I left messages with ZERO return call. Almost a week later I finally speak to guy says it’s sold. Professional and courteous would have been to call or at least email and say it was sold but no they leave the vehicle posted and I continue to try to get a hold of the guy to buy the truck in cash. Thanks to the lack of professionalism I missed out on other vehicles. When I did speak to him his comment was is that the price range you want to be in, my response no I paid over 60k cash for a car so no it wasn’t the price I was interested in it was the truck!!! What a revolting response. Thanks to that guy I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY AT A PLANET FORD!!!
