Terrance was a pleasure to deal with the purchase of my

Terrance was a pleasure to deal with the purchase of my new truck. He is professional and most important, he works very hard and is very diligent with his follow through. He is a very conscientious sales person with a very helpful attitude. The dealership finance department was smooth and easy. I was an Audi man but I will buy the next vehicle from Planet Ford. Audi is nothing like dealing with Ford. This was American Great!

They refused to address a transmission issue with my 2017

They refused to address a transmission issue with my 2017 F-150 although I bought the vehicle from them. They did not offer any options. Basically just said: "Sorry - you are on your own" (And I am actually adding the 'Sorry' part).

They list cars as if they have them, then you want to look at it - they don't, but they won't say so directly. "Maybe someone's driving it" "maybe we just sold it" Been around the block the last 2 times we've been in the market for a car. List accurate inventory. Every other dealership manages to do so.

Brad Zook was very nice, got me checked in quickly and ensured I was on the list for the shuttle. He pointed out where the break room , etc.

Terrance made the process of buying my vehicle so easy & painless. Gone are the days when buying a car took literally all day. You should definitely contact Terrace if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

Incredible service

Highest level of service. Only people I let work on my raptor. Service writer Monique is awesome, kept me up to date on progress and notified me immediately when vehicle was ready for pickup.

Smooth and quick!

Things went smooth and quick. Although it did take extremely long to get my bronco I was pleased that they did not mark up the price. The paperwork went quick and even with a trade in o was out of there in about 2 hours.
