Don't Buy As Is Cars without a Mechanics Review
Never buy an As-Is used car without having your personal mechanic check it out first. These cars are often just cleaned and turned around. I bought a Land Rover HSE Lux without doing that and two months after the purchase the engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic who found • Rear brakes needed immediately. Front brakes soon. • Control arm bushings need replacing • Belts are frayed And 32 trouble codes showed up. I contacted a service expert at Land Rover San Antonio who said I was looking at $9000 or more to get the 8-year-old car repaired. There was not a good resolution. I traded the car in at my preferred used car dealer instead.
I want to thank Cecil Atkission Motors for their profession staff when I bought my car. When I came to the dealership, I was greeted with a big smile and a handshake. My salesman was Hunter and he actually made my car buying experience fun! He asked me if I knew what was looking for, and from there on, he made me feel comfortable with all his knowledge of the car. Every question I asked, he quickly had an answer. I never felt pressure to purchase my car and I have gotten pressure from salesmen just looking at cars! He pointed out features of my car and made sure I understood them before leaving the dealership. He understood what I was looking for in a car and made sure this car met those needs. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and because of Hunter, I will purchase my next car from Cecil Atkission Motors!

Positive! Everyone in your sales department was friendly and happy to meet us. Our salesman Adrian was easy to work with, explained everything well and even took us to your Service Department and introduced us to your Service Manager and Service Advisors. We were impressed by the size and cleanliness of your Service Department. Adrian demonstrated the OnStar plus the other vehicle options to assure we are aware of how each operate. Paden, the Business Manager was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall our experience with Cecil Atkission Motors was very positive.
The service was fine but I have purchased 2 Cadillacs and each time I was assured that a loaner car would be available anytime I needed service. Everytime I have brought a car in for service, a loaner car is not available. Since I am more than an hour from the dealership, this requires that my wife and I drive both cars to the dealership each way. This past service the dealership did deliver my car to the house after repairs (transmissions should not go bad at 33k) but it still required a one way trip by both my wife and I.
A great experience from start to finish, with salesman, sales manager, financial manager, and owner all involved. We believe this dealership went above and beyond the normal to ensure we had the best deal possible under the circumstances. Additionally, they moved the process along as quickly as possible so that we were able to complete the deal and take delivery timely.

Estimate took about an hour and they had to keep car for the day so offered me a ride. Service was warranted and guaranteed. Car was washed and they helped me pair my phone all part of the service. Natalie was great!
