We are very pleased with the extraordinary customer service from Sour Lake. Rockie brought the vehicle and paperwork to our home. We signed the contract at our kitchen table. Never even had to go to the dealership. Thats amazing customer service. We are pleased with Rockie and Sour Lake Ford.

I called Rockie and told her I needed a car. I sent her my credit application. A few hours later she called and told me to come pick up my car. Rockie is the best. She is the only reason I got my car.

Jonathon Williams was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of what he had on the lot. I gave him my specs and he took me right to the vehicle I wanted with everything on it. We loved our visit to Sour Lake Ford. Our sales lady, Rockie Templeton, was very nice. We told her what we were looking for and she took us right to the perfect truck. We already had our approval with our bank, but she made to rest easy. They all treated us like family. If we need another vehicle, we will be back to Sour Lake Ford.
