Blake was incredible at giving me time and space to consider a big ticket item purchase. I would have liked for the finance discussion to have been more thorough and less rushed. I missed some important pricing information because the presentation was pressured, fast and furious.

I live over 200 miles from Appel, but they had the

I live over 200 miles from Appel, but they had the particular F-150 model and color I wanted while closer dealers didn't. After I contacted them about the truck, they promptly swung into action by providing videos and other information about the truck and making it extremely easy for my wife and I negotiate a price up front and schedule a visit two days later to test drive and then buy the truck. They did a great job of handling online communications and transactions and it was all above-board and painless. Javi Jr., our sales consultant, was particularly pleasant and helpful. All around, a great experience.

Purchased a used vehicle , I did find some fault codes

Purchased a used vehicle , I did find some fault codes after the purchase on the ecm but I have notified the dealership and feel like they will do the right thing and take care of the issues. As the dealership assured me they had the truck checked by their shop prior to putting in the market for sale

Thank you to JD (John Decuir) for the prompt service for my 2018 F450. And even better, the part was covered under warranty. The truck was serviced and picked up on the same day and he was sure to call when the problem had been diagnosed.

Jd was my salesmam, and noe he was my service advisor. Although he is still learing his new job, he was very courteous, promt and accomdating. Had a Great Experience at Apple Ford.
