I had to take my car to do a recall and maintenance.

I had to take my car to do a recall and maintenance. The recall was supposed to take a week or more, but they did it in half time.

Was supposed to receive courtesy check of all systems and complimentary cleaning Instead received vehicle back with wet floorboard., drivers side door paned rain soaked and a red fluid like substance on it along the side near the edge. And they wonder why I won't purchase a vehicle through them.

I love my super duty ,l only take it where it came from

I love my super duty ,l only take it where it came from and James never let's me down. Got me in and out on what was scheduled also on what wasn't. Truck is newer however she drove like she was fresh off the lot again.

Horrible.

Horrible. Three days after I purchased my vechical. The motor had to be replaced. Thank God for warranty. I had navigation before engine change and after that for 5 months service department could not figure out how to get navigation back. I was told 4 or 5 different reasons. So is it false advertising for my vechical or what .i do have all papers and copy of window sticker that states it has navigation. And even service manager David and sells person Will. Admitted that the navigation was there. But Steve Martin manger of lots for ford pamama city was not interested in resolving the issues they caused. Absolutely discussing person in representing FORD. I will never recommend that location and will drive 100 miles away before I would ever go back.also back in December I had them change oil and rotate tires. I have directional tires. And when my husband looked at tires 30 days later the tires where put on wrong. The directional tires are clearly marked with arrows. This is very dangerous and things could have been alot worse. Lucky for them I guess. So sick over this whole experience.
