Will recommend them to no one called me to waste time as if they were going to help and then silence. Costumer service is everything but I didn't get that and this was my second time trying to use them they did enjoy to shut me up thanks for nothing

This is definitely the case of " the day you buy the car, is the happiest day", because dealing with the service dept. after that, is ALWAYS the worst experience ever!!! Buick is an awesome product. Thank goodness you don't need the service dept. often... but when you do, it's awful!!!! I traded my Buick in, at another dealership, just so I would no longer have to deal with their repair shop.

I went to Allstar with a warranty claim on my 2012 Sierra. The paint was starting to peel on the roof of my truck at not even 4 years old yet, but technically my truck was out of the warranty. I opened up a case directly with GMC anyways, and I was advised to go to Allstar to get my truck inspected, and to hash out the cost and warranty coverage. The shop supervisor at Allstar repaired my truck upfront at no cost to me, and settled up with GMC after with no hassle on my part. I still don't know what part GMC paid, if any, and what part Allstar paid. The quality of the repair was excellent; there is definitely great craftsmen working at Allstar. Both Allstar and GMC hold customer satisfaction to the highest, and I will definitely consider purchasing future GMC vehicles at Allstar.

Everything about buying my new Yukon was easy and pleasant. We weren't just given fair treatment, we were given SPECIAL treatment. It was actually a FUN experience! The whole dealership had a "down home" feel to it where everyone was friendly, helpful and informative. I already know they will provide great service down the road as well!

The buying experience was great! There was no pressure and no stress. No hounding to buy from them and they work with you to make the best deal that they can. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. The employees and the owner are friendly and very professional about taking care of their customers. Their service center is great as well. They are fast and friendly!!! They fix anything that you ask them to and fix it right and they do not try to force you into fixing anything extra. NO complaints about this car dealership AT ALL!!!!
