Pleasant service experience!!
I needed to bring my Kia Soul in for an airbag recall. I live 1 hour away from the dealership. I called at 10:00AM and let the service adviser know whatβs I needed done. I asked him if I arrived at 11:00 how long does he think I would be there. I just needed to have an idea how long it would take. He told me they should be finished by 1:00. I was there at 11:00 and they came get me at 12:30 to let me know it was ready. Nice pleasant waiting room with hot coffee. I was very pleased with my service experience.

In 14 years my vehicle had a hiccup and instead of risking it Kia covered my towing and set me up with a rental. The most courteous customer service received. Theyβve never let me down. Oil changes are quick and waiting area is very clean. 5 star service
