So when it was time for me to make a new purchase I naturally went to Sterling Kia and was not disappointed. Don Jenkins provided the best sales experience in my 40 plus years of making vehicle purchases. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. At no time during my recent purchase of a 2019 Kia Sorento EX did I ever feel rushed or hurried. Don made the entire purchasing process a pleasant experience. He and I negotiated a bit but it was never high pressure. It was more like 2 friends visiting and discussing a transaction. In the end I thought I got a good deal and Don made it all possible. My husband has been buying cars for years and was very particular on getting certain needs met , he's 6'4 and he wanted a safety package among numerous other things. Brett was our salesperson and he was wonderful, his knowledge about the vehicles and his non-aggressive but helpful and real approach won my husband over and created an experience that we will want to come back to. He treated us like royalty and it made it easier to want to spend the amount of money we needed to , he also got us a great deal and the whole process was one of the best we've had , and we've bought many cars .
