One star because there was no option to select any. I thought having a Land Rover was my dream vehicle but this has been the WORST experience EVER. We bought a 2022 Land Rover Discovery back in 2024 for our anniversary vehicle and little did we know they sold us ( Desiree Ronquillo ) without having it inspected. So we bring it back it for service because the brakes were malfunctioning and ( Linda Glass ) tells us it's the price u pay to have a "luxury" vehicle. But I disagree because it's luxury means it should be better than all the rest u should get your monies worth. Ever since we have been bringing back in almost every weekend for issues they missed only to be turned back around to tell us there's nothing that can be done. This time we call corporate so we can trade in which they refused at first so they ended up trading it in for a 2023 and this one is worst the 2022. About a week after we get the trade in we get a flat tire. Now I understand that it's not their fault for flats however they should be willing to replace it with NO problem. After all it's included in the package we bought with the vehicle but instead they patch it. Then a few months go on another flat and so on. This time the door handle kept sticking and it won't close...losing lugg nuts on the tires ( another hazard )... I can't help it seems like every time we bring it in they get an attitude as if it's our fault when in reality their technicians didn't take time out to properly service the vehicle. If u do it right the first time you won't have this issue. Simple. I've been with Mazda since 2010 and NEVER have I had issues such as this. On top of this there service is always TOP TIER and they treat me like I matter because I do. When they service they always provide me with a video to show me what was done to my vehicle. Never, again, will we purchase from Land Rover again. We just want to trade it in and never look back at Land Rover again. I'm stick to Mazda! ✌🏾

Now just learned tnat Brad the GM just told my husband to go see another dealership because they will no longer be servicing it. Just Wow! However we got a call from the location on 620 and they offered to have is use their loaner until they can fix what the location on 5th street broke or missed.

We have been so impressed with his customer service. John and his Team are very friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and taken case of. I highly recommend Jaguar/ Land Rover of Austin to anyone looking for a Great buying or vehicle service experience. First Class from the time you walk through the doors until you leave. Worst experience Buying any vehicle EVER! they delivered a certified pre owned Rover that had issues within 5 minutes of them delivering truck. Should have been corrected in their 160 point "through" inspection to make this a certified pre owned vehicle. It has been over two months since purchase and i still have no title or registration. temp plates are now expired. You cant get them on the phone or their Corp store that handles all paperwork Dallas Land rover. I would never do business with either of these stores. They blame all problems on Land rover brand. none of my problems had to do with the brand it was the SNELL family of dealerships not doing their job. no one from the GM to the delivery guy is accountable for anything

My very first car purchasing experience was with this
My very first car purchasing experience was with this dealership. Everything sounded great, and I trusted that I was being well taken care of. However, after purchasing the vehicle, and the dealership ran an inspection on the car to allow the vehicle to be driven off the lot. Come to find out, they passed the inspection even though the breaks should not have passed. We drove it off the lot and that is when the issues began. Almost every weekend after purchasing the vehicle within the first 90 days, I had to take the car back to the lot. I was ultimately told that the car passed their inspection when it shouldn't have and the breaks needed to be serviced. To make up for the issue, I was offered a car to drive while they waited for the parts and could complete the repair. I was also offered a reimbursement of my first car payment and an additional $22.00 to help with gas. I accepted this offer as I saw a major effort to take care of this issue. While the car was repaired, the reimbursement was never given. When I call, they avoid me. They don't return my calls and attempts to have them complete the resolution they offered. Their Vision and Mission Statements both speak of integrity, honesty, and trust. However, I have yet to experience anything other than dishonesty, irresponsibility, and cheating... Next stop is to file a complaint with the DMV. While they may have gotten the sale, they did so in a very underhanded way, and it is obvious.
