Very helpful, courteous and informative. Dearlership is only 5 minutes from our home which makes it very convenient for service. When we needed service, before our new purchase, it was taken care of promptly. If the car needed to stay for a few hours Hub City Ford would have someone bring us home and and would return to bring us back to the dearlership. Great service!

This was our first new car purchase, after hearing 40 years of horror stories about dealerships. (and several used car purchase experiences that mirrored the stories we had heard) We were reluctant to purchase new, until we met Taylor Youtsas at Hub City. Every step of the way, from how teaching us how to "build my Ranger", get it ordered, to final papers signed, we felt like a friend being walked through the process. Completely opposite of all the stories we had heard of being fleeced for every cent that could possibly be extracted. Completely opposite of the pressure packed manipulation styles described in the horror stories. While it has only been 3 weeks since delivery, we have already suggested to three friends looking to buy Fords to contact Taylor at Hub City. And we will be back!
