No one ever calls you back! They claimed to fix my car and it wasn’t and I’ve called the service manager twice and they’ve never called back! Service is terrible period! And it makes no difference that I’ve purchased 2 vehicles there! Same stuff different day!
Hub City Ford
I was satisfied with the buying experience at Hub City Ford. They where willing to negotiate the price, quick and easy. The only issues where, evidently someone smoked in the truck just before delivery, as a non smoker it was disappointing. Other than that a great buying experience.
Just came in for the works. Inquired about some driveline and shifting issues. Service advisor sent me a text and said he will let me know on an appointment date next available with a transmission technician. Ok fine in this covid world a new way of doing business I can relate. I sent him a couple of texts a week or so later and no reply. Now more than three months later more issues are starting to pop up with driveline performance. Does the truck have to be immobilized and towed in?

Hub city always takes care of me. I bought the truck in 2013 and currently have 196,000 miles on it. They performed many services and each one has been done correctly. Mr. Paul, who is my service advisor has been a big help during the years.

I purchased a maintenance agreement with the vehicle and it’s supposed to replace wiper blades and the service advisor told me it doesn’t. Either the sales rep misrepresented what he sold me are svc advisor gave me wrong info. Very disappointing.
