Overall service was good, just thought the wait time for an oil change and inspection sticker was too long, 2 hours.

Great Staff

My wife and I purchased a F-150 XLT. Cesar was our sales associate. He was respectful to us and knowledgeable of his inventory. Anthony went above and beyond on the financing of the vehicle to help us find the right fit for our needs. I commend both men and the staff of Gullo for making this purchase a pleasant experience and not a painful one.

they emailed us

Had been in dealership for other stuff earlier and since we needed to upgrade van we use for work, I had mentioned wanting to look at one to salesman. A few days later they got one in, he sent us an email, we came in looked it over and took it home.

Clean Facilities, very good customer service

I am writing concerning a Ford Flex. My mother Joyce Pennington purchased this vehicle and was shortly unable to drive. She has put the car in my name (Dale Rushing). Although it is in my name I use it to drive her wherever she needs to go,as she is in an assisted living facility. The console lid would not open and had to be completely replaced. This summer my vehicle was at Gullo twice. The first time was for an oil change and to look at the console. They had to order a part which was fine. In the past when I have had a car at the dealer it is usually washed and vacuumed. This did not happen this time so I was a little disappointed. ( this may not be offered by Gullo and really no biggy but disappointing none the less.) After having to wait and finally calling to see if the part ever came in. I could not come for a few weeks because of being out of town. I told them this and they assured me that it would be there. When I brought the car in I was told it might not be there because it was so long. It was quite a while before I found out the part was in. Which again may not have been a big issue but the job was going to take a half day and had to leave my ride in wait until they figured it out. I am not trying to be negative. The car was fixed and is its still fixed. I am pleased. It was just a little disappointing in the way things were done. However, the final outcome was positive. Dale Rushing

2014 Escape Titanium

I leased a 2014 Escape Titanium my sales Rep was Tim Herbert. He did an outstanding job matching my lease with our age "65", We have been Ford users since 1968, I wish I could have replaced my 2003 F250 4X4 Crew Cab with a new truck but we just cannot handle that size anymore too OLD!!!!!!!! Thanks to the entire staff @ Gullo Ford for the help with downsizing our needs, The safety features on the Escape are awesome.
