Michael was great to work with and very helpful in educating us on our options and not being pushy but helping us arrive at a decision we were pleased with. In the future, I’d likely do financing on cars.com as that was the longest part of the process at the dealership.

We had a great experience buying our new car! Michael Frohlich assist us that day and he was fantastic. Very savvy and gave us a lot of tips and tricks of the car! He was very thorough explaining all the details!!

I was quite pleased with Volvo of Austin.
I was quite pleased with Volvo of Austin. Aaron, our sales person, was great. Helpful and informative with absolutely no pressure. I don't think I've had this positive an experience with purchasing a car. The finance person realized I wasn't going to buy the endless extended warranties and, thus, went through her spiel quickly so that I could move on. Overall, so far I am very pleased with the dealer--we will see how the Service department is, but I'm hopeful.

Purposely given incorrect information
I stopped in to get some more information on the xc90 as I was making a decision between that and the Subaru Ascent. I was told that since I was ordering through fleet I would not be given any information that I would have to come back the following week for the fleet manager even though I live in Lakeway. I was simply looking for more information on the vehicle including colors and options. I was finally given permission to walk the lot by myself to look at colors but would not be helped in any way. I then went in to ask more questions since colors are not listed on the car sticker and ask about the core model. I was then given curt and grossly incorrect information from the sales manager regarding colors telling me that vapour grey and thunder grey were the exact same color (they are most definitely not) and that the interior leather of the core was the same as the ultimate except without the perforated leather. This is also untrue as the core has a leatherette vs leather in the other models. I was treated rudely and given false information just to get rid of me. I can understand if they didn’t want to spend a whole lot of time with me but to give me grossly incorrect information on their own vehicles that they should be well educated on is inexcusable. My daughter is turning 16 and was considering a Volvo for her but after my experience there I will not be purchasing a vehicle from them.
