My car needed a lot of work as it’s 14 years old and as always, Dave took very very good care of it and Jeremy the inspector was thorough. I love having the video and seeing what needed to be done and I loved how Dave worked with me on how to get these things done and what was absolutely necessary to get done now. Absolutely super dealership with kindness and understanding and sensitivity and thoroughness. We’re lucky to have them in Austin.

Friday morning, I emailed about a vehicle I saw listed on Carfax. I received an automatic response via email and text. I made an appointment to come in and test drive the vehicle. Allen was my contact at the dealership. He was professional, transparent and lots of fun to work with. He made the process seamless and my experience with a large auto dealership was a very impressive experience all around. Mom and pop service from a reputable dealership. I've been visiting dealerships for 2 weeks and after searching and visiting other dealerships, this experience at Infiniti (and with Allen) was incredible in comparison. I'd certainly recommend!

Dave is a great service advisor.
Dave is a great service advisor. I trust his advice and feel very welcome at the dealership. HI expertise helped me come up with a plan to slowly service items in line of urgency. Thus, allowing me to monthly go back and service on item at a time. Thus, taking away the one-time big money hit.
