Scheduled appointment with manager. Showed up no appointment. Wanted me to leave truck. I drove 70 miles. Third time trying to fix warranty issue. Terrible service.

Dwight and Barret were great. Super knowledgeable and not pushy on anything. They honored the price and financing options from when I ordered my vehicle last year (delivery took a while due to pandemic and supply shortages). This was one of my biggest concerns coming in, as I know many dealerships are charging market adjustment mark ups on many vehicles due to the current economic climate, even custom ordered vehicles. Luckily, I didn't even have to mention the price protection-Dwight knew to add it and as for the financing, he was able to match it up with what was available at the time I ordered. He was also well versed in the details of the Maverick I got. Barret was great in financing and was willing to work with me through the entire process. If you are looking for a Ford, I'd give this dealer a go.
