No pressure tactics. Once I selected vehicle I wanted, took a ride an entire truck was explained. Talked about finances an also my trade in. Made things simple

Excellent customer service
All Star Automotive was super easy to work with. They picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. My flight was two hours late and they stayed at the airport to make sure they were there when I arrived. Great car buying experience!

No doubt, 5 star experience at All Star Ford! From the first call till the pick up appointment. Everyone was very professional, kind , patient and responsive to us. We had a 12 hours ride from FL, make a trade in and drive back home again. A special thanks goes to Leon, Sounakhon and Lawrence to make this deal happen. Thank you guys!

I bought a new truck at All Star from out of state and the purchase couldn't have gone any smoother. Lee Faist was incredibly helpful negotiating the transaction, dealing with my many questions and concerns, and in completing the purchase. Lee and Donald Reed gave me a great buying experience the day of, from the moment Donald picked me up at the airport, to when I drove away in my new Lightning. Donald walked me through getting acquainted with the truck, and stayed with me until I left. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a vehicle at All Star Ford again.

Dwight and Barret were great. Super knowledgeable and not pushy on anything. They honored the price and financing options from when I ordered my vehicle last year (delivery took a while due to pandemic and supply shortages). This was one of my biggest concerns coming in, as I know many dealerships are charging market adjustment mark ups on many vehicles due to the current economic climate, even custom ordered vehicles. Luckily, I didn't even have to mention the price protection-Dwight knew to add it and as for the financing, he was able to match it up with what was available at the time I ordered. He was also well versed in the details of the Maverick I got. Barret was great in financing and was willing to work with me through the entire process. If you are looking for a Ford, I'd give this dealer a go.
