Poor service advisers.
Poor service advisers. If you don’t call them you will never get an update on your truck. I try to do business with local dealers but this service department makes it very hard to do. They will never tell you the truth. My truck has been there or 5 days to get a starter changed. Was going to be ready Friday. Then switched to monday. Now tuesday. Who knows. This is not my 1st time dealing with them. Shame on me I guess.

Great Dealership!!!!
Walked into Service and asked if I could get the oil change etc. done even though I didn't have an appointment. I was told yes. Also, love the music choice that was playing in the waiting area.

Great experience
I will tell all of my family and friends to go to Martin Chrysler and ask for Iva Triplett. Iva answered all of my questions before we even got the dealership to look at a car for my son. Iva was very prompt and helpful during the entire process.
