I went to Coggin GMC, shopping for a new truck on June 9, 2026 at around 11:00. I arrived parking directly in front of the office, I stood beside my truck for a few minutes waiting for someone to greet me, then walked around alone and looked at almost every truck on the front lot, then moved back to my truck waiting another a minute or so. No one came out to greet me, so I drove to Nimnicht Chevrolet and bought a 2026 High Country. I felt unappreciated to say the least.

It took a long time waiting for the finance department. This is the first time I bought a car and had to drive straight to the gas station as there was less than an eighth of a tank of gas in the purchased vehicle. The salesman was very good other than making sure the gas was good.

Went there pretty late in evening looking for trucks all day was very frustrated looked at a few trucks ar Coggins got frustrated getting ready to leave and there salesman Jacob was very calming and begged me to look at one more truck so I did just to try and be nice and it was the One!!! I love it !!! Made deal and was out driving down road in less than a hour. I will definitely give them first chance next time !!! Thank you much 🙏 Jacob needs a raise. Growing up i had several car salesman for freinds in the 80's and hes got the gift. 😁

We bought a 2025 Buick Enclave, and the buying experience was great. My car has started having issues with the display screen. I took off a day of work from my teaching job to driver 2 hours to the dealership just to be told that they don't have time to look at it and I need to bring it back Tuesday and if I want a rental, I will have to pay for it. The worst part is i called yesterday afternoon and that was the appointment I was given. I HATE a dealership that won't help out and look out for customers once the deal is done!!!!
