Very limited info while signing info & paperwork.
Very limited info while signing info & paperwork. No discussion on costs of what they were promoting. Made everything seem like it was a gift but once you see the line item, you notice they charged you for every little detail. I went to test drive a vehicle and it had 14 psi in the tire. Once I decided to buy the vehicle I asked them to check out the tire. Was told it was just the tire stem. I took them at their word. Later that day when I got home, tire monitoring system alerted to low psi. They never looked at the tire, just aired it up and sent me on my way. It's been 20 years since I've been in the car buying business. I was strapped for time so didn't press any issues. I definitely didn't feel like they were doing their best. Only trying to get me to sign paperwork and push me out the door. Everyone's experience is different, but this was mine.

The sales man Justin was great! Zero hassles and did not try to sell us anything else. It’s was a great experience for us. The finance guy who also helped up was great! They were very professional and we love our truck!!

Found the car we've been looking for on Cars.com. Called the dealership and scheduled an appointment; was assured the car would be on the lot. Drove over an hour to get there... And no car! Sales person said it was given to a customer as a loaner. When I said that we had made an appointment, he said "the internet people don't know what we have or what we don't have. BUT we have other cars like it here." Of course the cars he had were older, had more miles, and were more expensive. Thanks, All Star for wasting my Saturday and spending two-hours stuck in Baton Rouge traffic trying to get home. We won't forget!

Pitiful mechanic
Paid 876.75 for work on my truck that wasn't done. Was told to bring it back. Why would I pay again for something they were suppose to fix in the first place? Milking it. Steven Wright service manager doesn't know what he's doing. Collins worse mechanic.
