If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever with a service department. Extremely hard to get in contact with, attitude when asking for updates, lack of communication and follow up with lying to cover up their lack of service. It takes at least 1 week for diagnosis with the average time of 1 month for any repair past that initial week. My ford has needed 3 major repairs in the last 6 months. I have spent a fortune on rental cars alone. Do not bring your car here!

Take your car anywhere else.
Brought my ranger in for the airbag recall and was treated like a second class citizen. I am experiencing airbag issues now and can't even get a return call. I got the promise of one, but waited 4+ hours not the 10 minutes Kaitlyn told me. When I rang them back I was served up a hot dish of attitude by the same Kaitlyn who didn't call me back originally. P.S. just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I am an idiot. The men in your service department definitely shouldn't try to convince the owner of said vehicle that a warning dash light was probably always on.
Take your car anywhere else.

Price gougers.
What a piece of crap marking up a product like that. Going to see if this qualifies for Florida's price gouging laws. Consumers and businesses are dying for these EV's and these guys are waiting to screw us over.

100 percent markup
69k markup on a Ford lightning. Shut down these stealerships. This is the worst out there. For the love of God don't buy here. I mean c'mon it's at 100 percent markup.

WAY overcharged for tire patch!!
I went in for an oil change and had a slow leak in my tire. They charged $75 dollars to patch the tire!!!! $75!!! No notice of the cost - I would have bought a new tire before spending that much to remove a nail and have it patched.

DONT BUY USED VEHICLES HERE
Worst experience in my life with buying a vehicle..Bought a 2018 f150 with only 48k miles on it and in just 4 days it went into limp mode and had to tow it back to them at my expense after dropping 42k on the truck. I get a call after a few days and they said it was ready and i go to pick it up and the motor cover was slung into the back bed of my truck!!! This is Ford service center we are talking about not some shade tree mechanic you would think ill put a picture of that below.. so i leave with it anyways and 30mins on the road the motor goes back into limp mode these idiots didn't even tighten down the clamp that goes to the air intake so the hose just popped off completely.. i am dealing with all this the week of my wedding !!!! So they did send a guy to come get it and gave me a vehicle to drive but still i should not have been dealing with any of this in the first place the truck up to that point had literal been in the shop longer than i had the vehicle ..ridiculous! So they "fix it" supposedly what it was they put another band aid on it so i would not take their rental on my honey moon so when i get it back for the 3rd time it still has a po305 misfire code on it unbelievable this place is even in business so i will be taking it somewhere else to get it looked at instead of these clowns...Not to mention after i got my truck back for the 3rd time ...these people are calling me while i am on my honey moon about a missing part that they forgot to put on my truck or something when it was in the shop and kept calling me reminding me every day while I'm supposed to be on my HONEY MOON about how they screwed me out of my money... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!! see the pictures below
