Write a reviewI have talked to the service department and brought my car in several times since I purchased it in September 2025. New car with multiple issues which have yet to be resolved. They have been so rude and unhelpful I called to speak with the general manager. Apparently no one cares except for the customers as the general manager has not bothered to communicate with me. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this company nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone. The only good experience I have had was with my salesman. He was great. Too bad I can't send people to do business with him due to the absolutely horrible service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever with a service department. Extremely hard to get in contact with, attitude when asking for updates, lack of communication and follow up with lying to cover up their lack of service. It takes at least 1 week for diagnosis with the average time of 1 month for any repair past that initial week. My ford has needed 3 major repairs in the last 6 months. I have spent a fortune on rental cars alone. Do not bring your car here!

I was referred to Ricky for the purchase of a used vehicle and he did an excellent job of finding the exact match for me in minimal time and with no effort on my part. I was dreading the process from previous experience at other dealers in other states, and this was as painless as you can get. Brought my ranger in for the airbag recall and was treated like a second class citizen. I am experiencing airbag issues now and can't even get a return call. I got the promise of one, but waited 4+ hours not the 10 minutes Kaitlyn told me. When I rang them back I was served up a hot dish of attitude by the same Kaitlyn who didn't call me back originally. P.S. just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I am an idiot. The men in your service department definitely shouldn't try to convince the owner of said vehicle that a warning dash light was probably always on.

What a piece of crap marking up a product like that. Going to see if this qualifies for Florida's price gouging laws. Consumers and businesses are dying for these EV's and these guys are waiting to screw us over.

I went in for an oil change and had a slow leak in my tire. They charged $75 dollars to patch the tire!!!! $75!!! No notice of the cost - I would have bought a new tire before spending that much to remove a nail and have it patched.

69k markup on a Ford lightning. Shut down these stealerships. This is the worst out there. For the love of God don't buy here. I mean c'mon it's at 100 percent markup.

Will sell you an expensive extended warranty they do not ever intend to honor. Ford and their delerships will find whatever they can to make sure of that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER OR FORD!!
