from Gateway Ford and my experience has been extremely frustrating. My signed paperwork reflected 2,155 miles, but the vehicle showed well over 5k miles. I remember Ray Guidry, my salesman telling me that the miles would “reset,” which made no sense to me at that time. Later, Mason Diaz, the business manager, confirmed by email that the vehicle was a demo, but my actual concerns about the mileage discrepancy were never properly addressed when confronted about the difference in my paperwork. I also did not receive all of my paperwork at the time of purchase and had to request additional documents afterward. Customers should not have to chase down their own sales paperwork after buying a vehicle. To make matters worse, this 2025 Ford Bronco Sport now needs a full engine replacement under warranty with very low ownership mileage. My vehicle has been in service over a week, I have been paying for a rental out of pocket every day, and communication about repair timing has been inconsistent. I understand demo vehicles can have mileage, but customers still deserve honesty, accurate disclosures, complete paperwork, and clear communication. I had tuesday 8 am appointment on steering problem. 7 days later no work done. I was told the battery need replace. That was 4 days ago. I haven't got my truck back yet. I suspect that they are xxxxing me around trying to change me $100 an hr. I will not use this service.
