My wife struck something on the interstate destroying the

My wife struck something on the interstate destroying the exhaust system on her Murano. I called the dealership spoke to Mary and had the car towed in. In our first conversation Mary explained the process for the estimate and possible timeline for having the car repaired. Mary was so pleasant and forthcoming with her explanation including possible delays in the repair process ie, a holiday and availability of parts. Mary's ability to answer all questions my questions and her confidence and positive attitude were so refreshing, I never even asked for a completion date. My wife's car was completed quickly and with absolutely no issue. MY wife is a Hospice Nurse and her car is her office. Having it repaired and back in service quickly was a must. I would recommend All Star Nissan for anyone needing Nissan service/repairs and tell them to ask for Mary.

I was scammed at All Star Nissan and contacted once by

I was scammed at All Star Nissan and contacted once by the general manager who then never called me back as he said he would. I filed a claim with the better business bureau and All Star won’t respond to them either. If that’s the kind of company they are, Inwoukd avoid them at all costs.

The service department is fraudulently charging customers

The service department is fraudulently charging customers for changing out parts that they say are bad and then not changing them, which is FRAUD! My Nissan was having issues so I brought it in. They told me that the spark plugs were bad and needed to be changed out. Paid them $430 and the next day the car was still having issues, so I brought it in to a private mechanic shop and lo and behold…. The “new” spark plugs were the original spark plugs and never changed. Not sure what their end game was, but this is extremely disturbing and I would not doubt that it is a scam they run on many customers…

Screwed

My car is under warranty. Parts have been in for 5 days. Tried reaching them for 3 days now. No one will even return a call. I am a 20 year customer that will be taking his green money elsewhere. Did no good sending contact info today, 04/25/23. You and the warranty company can deal with my attorney tomorrow. My new vehicle picture attached.Well today is 08/04/23. Last week my A/C went out again. Now I find out they only changed two hoses and halfass fixed it so it could make it until it was out of warranty. I will never buy another Nissan or deal with any All Star dealership.

A boat a brand new Armada Nissan platinum 2023 500 miles

A boat a brand new Armada Nissan platinum 2023 500 miles CAN'T accounted for MANAGE say he'll give me 3 old changes I told him I don't won OLD change. I want a new vehicle, the manager at Kia and Nissan dealership I call manager 15 times every time I call the phone mysteriously hang up when I did talk to him he told me the eight employee told him that the mileage on the vehicle was trip miles 02 not odometer miles my wife and I went from Baton Rouge to Gulf Port Mississippi and back down with the headed back 758 miles ODOMETER THEY LIED ABOUT THE MILES ON THE VEHICLE, AND I THINK THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE SHOULD COME SEE THE BOOKS WORK !!! IF I WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER, I WOULD'VE WENT OUT OF TOWN. I'LL TRY TO PATRONIZE MY BATON ROUGE BUSINESS IN MY TOWN. Extraordinary customer service

Wow, that’s the first word out of my mouth when I walked into the service department. I took my 2017 maxima to all star Nissan Juban crossing in Denham to have some work done. Not knowing that this place would blow my mind. The waiting room it’s so inviting and comfortable. I love the large glass window that allows you to see the inside of the service department. But if you take the physical building out of the picture, wow what I received in the service department was amazing. You never have a second chance to make a first impression and my first impression was amazing, customer service like no other , friendly, helpful or only a few words that I can use to describe the employees I came in contact with in the service department. Mary and Jennifer the two service writers we’re very engaging and extremely friendly.The service manger Todd , came out and introduce himself and asked if I was taken care of and genuinely seem to care about my visit. My visit was not to purchase a car but because of my experience in the service department you guys would be my place to shop. Thanks again for the extraordinary customer service and keep up the good work Ed Collins Baton Rouge

Your Nissan service center in Denham Springs,LA NEVER has fresh coffee OR WATER available to their waiting customers!!! while their vehicles are being serviced…. What can be done to correct this situation! Last time I was here I purchased 4 new tires N there was no bottled water either… sad…..

Allstar Nissan rocks !!

A big shout out to Dan Hall at Allstar Nissan! I had a no pressure no hassle experience which for me is great! Dan took his time to show me & my daughter the cars I was interested in and even one that just came in ! We had the best experience with Dan and his knowledge of the cars. The deal maker I think was Brandon ( didn't see or talk to him ) was great as well. Going in to see Jen to sign the final papers was like being with a life long friend !!! She kept us laughing and telling me what each paper was for ! ( not my first rodeo) I'll definitely go back for my daughter's car in the future !! Thank you everyone !

Humiliated!

I have been for over a week now have been waiting on a response or call back or something. I spoke with a salesman little over a week ago. I know it was too good to be true. He should have been honest. I would have understood. I was looking to purchase a vehicle, used. I made him aware of having a vehicle to trade in, and that I may have been able to afford a 1000 down payment. I said before hand, that I was looking for a second chance, credit score wasn't the greatest, mid 500s, may could possibly put 1000 down, maybe not. And that I wasn't looking to be approved. But he assured that it was for sure possible to be approved. That he approved someone with an even lower score. I originally missed the first appt due to, well a vehicle issue on the side of the road. I did send a message stating that I couldn't make it but would like to reschedule and did say I was quite frankly unsure and hoped what I was being told wasvthe truth and that easy to get a car. I've not yet been reached out to. I've left message after message and nothing!!!! Talk about me not feeling close to important, embarrassed, humilated. Feel like I'm being punished or not worth the time because I may not have had finances like others. Ridiculous!!!!!!!
