After calling for a few days and not getting anyone from

After calling for a few days and not getting anyone from service to call me back. I had to walk in to ask about the strut on the rear hatch that completely broke and now my hatch won’t open. I was 2 months past the 4yr warranty and well under the mileage. Basically told me to kick rocks. Couldn’t even give me a price unless I dropped it off. Couldn’t care less to help me. Had a VW before that had a major issue after the warranty expired and guess what. VW still honored it. I guess lessons are learned with this dealership

Very honest sales staff, Chad Leblanc reported accurately every detail that I needed checked while buying this Jeep completely on line. I was apprehensive but pleasantly surprised. Very friendly and honest dealership in my view.

Service rep was very knowledgeable about the issue I was

Service rep was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my car. Service desk worker also played a big roll in making sure I had a loaner car well my vehicle was being serviced, thanks Melaine. I would say just keep up the great work.
