    First of All Thomas really was very pleasant to deal with online. I was sure there was no way they could get me in the Q70L for what I could afford. I... walked in and Brett met me and introduced me to Jordan. Went for a spin and loved the car. They went to work to make it work. Extremely helpful because I was over my miles on my lease and they helped tremendously on what to do. They even buffed out an area that was an issue on old lease. David the finance Mgr was very nice to deal with. Great group..I’ll be back

    Very easy car buying experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. We arrived late due to traffic and they even stayed late to finalized the deal. Thanks... Vance, Thomas and Kelly for making it happen. Great Dealership!!

    We started out looking for a slightly used vehicle but couldn't pass up all the deals we were able to get on our purchase. Bernie Hahn was more than helpful... and always had a smile on his face. Bernie knows the business well and did everything he could to help us with our purchase. We recommend him for any vehicle you may need. Bernie will find it for you. Special thanks to Jonathan Hutchens in finance for his patience in finally getting our paperwork completed.

    After searching for a vehicle for over 6 months, My daughter and I found the SUV that I was looking for at Infiniti of Baton Rouge! Brandon Varnado, salesman,... was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the vehicles that I was interested in. He was not a pushy salesman at all. He gave me his professional and personal opinions on the vehicles that I was interested in, so I could make the right choice for my family. The purchase of my vehicle was easy, fast and a pleasant one. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Brandon Varnado at Infiniti of Baton Rouge! Thank you!

    Friendly service, but beware of the extra fees. Be sure to look at the breakdown of fees before signing. Recommend reading the fine print and reading everything... before you sign it.

    My salesman was Mr. Kerry Lockett he's awesome very nice and respectable. He makes you feel very comfortable with your vehicle purchase process. My family... loves Infiniti of Baton Rouge a wonderful place and very comfortable, friendly, and clean environment!

    I traveled from Connecticut to buy a specific car from this dealer. Upon arrival, I explained to my sales rep that my bank had posted a one day delay on... my funds. He was very sensitive to my situation and assisted me in attempting to get a loaner until the next day so I'm able to complete my transaction. Our request was denied by the GM and Owner indicating that they did not know us and could not provide a loaner. Mind you, my wife and I took several flights to reach this dealer. In addition, they had my license and credit card information. GM and owner made us feel like criminals as if we took several flights to steal their vehicle. Ironic, they never knew I'm a Retired Police Officer. The GM nor the owner at no point tried to speak personally to us to alleviate the situation. I had to stay overnight until the next day, cancelled previous reservations at New Orleans (which I was charged for because it was last minute). Thanks God for Quentin Chapman (our Sales Rep) and his commitment to his customers. He continued to check on us until the next day. The following morning the funds were released and we completed the transaction. Funny, at this time the GM wanted to meet us and welcome us to the Infinity of Baton Rouge family. We did not feel welcome through this process. Once again, if it wasn't because of Mr. Chapman and the relationship we built this entire buying experience was one I would not recommend to my worst enemy!

    We recently purchased a 2015 Infinit iQ50 from Infiniti of Baton Rouge. Our salesman was Kerry Lockett. We have purchased many cars in the past but this... car sale experience was by far the best one yet. Kerry treated us with such great respect. His compassion was evident through his care, patience and concern with us due to the misfortune of a recent head-on collission that I experienced. Kerry proved to be knowledgable about the product we were purchasing and was able to answer all of our questions, and gave us a great price, also. He has been available for follow up questions and has been prompt in responding. Yes, we had to purchase a new car at a time that we just didn't feel like shopping for one due to medical issues but Kerry changed our outlook on that the minute we met him. He accommodated us, inspired us and made us feel comfortable and safe with our new purchase. We are very proud to be a part of the Infiniti of Baton Rouge family.     We purchased our QX 60 about a year ago and the salesman - Matt Hornsby did a great job presenting the product and answering all questions we had. The... overall experience was fantastic and I will recommend Infiniti of Baton Rouge to anyone I come in contact with who may be in the market for a vehicle. Great customer service as well.
