Very Helpful

Good, as usual. John was very helpful in helping me get some maintenance done on my Chevy Traverse that I purchased there in 2012.

Great

Bret Pelt was our salesman at Covert of Hutto. We were trying to find a used SUV in a certain price range, with good mileage. When we came back in on Friday morning he had found 3 vehicles for us to test drive. I drove the first, Chevrolet Equinox (which I really has been wanting). Loved it. We got back after tesr drive, I looked at the other 2 and did not even drove them. He had found the one I wanted. The process afterwards was seamless. Our vehicle was cleaned, 120 point checked, shining and ready to drive home when we walked out the door. Thank you Bret for a great experience.

Tire Replacement

John Lewis was my service rep. They identified a potential safety hazard in a tire I was concerned about and replaced it in a timely manner. He explained what they did and why they did it. Very happy with John and his team

Great Buying Experience!

My wife and I were in the market for a 2017 Ford Escape and knew just what we were looking for. We had already bought two vehicles from Chad Cox in the past and went straight to Chad again. The Escape we wanted wasn't on the lot, but Chad quickly found an exact match for us and made us a great deal on our trade. Chad is great to work with (for the third time now!) and the whole sales staff is outstanding. We'll definitely be back again in the future!

Great customer servive

Jason Kelly is my customer service representative, he got my car in fast and had answers for me. I had planned for a car rental for 2 days, but Jason got me in and out in day. I have worked with him a couple of times before with a different vehicle. Always great. Thanks

Exceptional

Brought my 2015 Tahoe in for a recall service. Was told to expect about a 1 hr wait. Pleased to say the repair was done even quicker than estimated - I was in/out in just under 45 minutes! Service has greatly improved over the last several months! I'll be recommending Hutto Covert to friends!
